This place is truly amazing, staff, food, beaches, and rooms, were all up to our expectations! Taxi services was exactly on time when needed, my wife and I had such an amazing couple of days there highly recommend Coco’s to All the couples out there!

Loved our belated anniversary trip to Cocos Hotel! Grounds, beaches, food…it was all fabulous. Very few cons: extremely hot bathrooms depending on room location, nightly entertainment was a bit pushy for participation & beach vendors were a bit much. Other than that, perfect vacation! Staff is wonderful!

Wonderful!
Our trip was actually in April, I just failed to do a review until now. This was the most perfect vacation! Everything really was wonderful. My husband and I talk at least weekly about going back (and he's not really a beachy vacation person)!

Top Notch
Beautiful property with amazing views and staff. Food was amazing! Staff was amazing! Beaches are gorgeous! Nightly entertainment. You do need to be able to climb some hills and stairs.

Not quite the 5* for us.
We did our reserach and knew exactly what we would be going to and staying in. We booked a Sunset Cottage with private pool and were really excited by the pictures of the room and terrace. When we checked in and eventually shown to our Sunset Cottage it was nothing like the photos, outside shower at the back of the room with no view at all. Bedroom was dark and the terrace was nothing like the photo. We immediately complained and shared what the website shows as a Sunset Cottage. We were then moved to the correct room which was much better. Shower with the view over the bay and large terrace with plenty of outside space rather than the other room which felt all under cover. So do your homework! On arrival there was a perfect greeting at the gift shop with a glass of bubbly and we were escorted on the short walk to the reception. We did not know this but you can check in online before you arrive, saves time. We were told to wait for other guests to arrive for an introductory meeting, in total we were made to wait over 45 minutes and introductory talk was less tha 5 minutes and can easliy be said when checking in. We were exhausted from travelling for over 12 hours and just wanted to get to our room. We were not told about how to use or what the Off sparu was in our room, so we got bitten badly first day on the beach as we did not use it. The beach bar and grill is amazing, with the best food in the htotel and service. Both chefs produce good food in small surroundings and the staff seem more relaxed and take time to talk to guests and are observant to keep the drinks flowing. Our main issue was the main restaurant, food repetitive and boring in places. However, it was the service that was awful. The waiting staff, especially the female members never smiled or made it welcoming. I observed other tables being waited on but the same no smiling - just miserable faces. The male waiters such as Andrew, totally different, plenty of smiles and chatty with the guests. With this being the only restaurant in the evening it was a chore some days to go to a place that did not have the welcoming feeling. The menu is rotated week 1 and week 2, so if you are there for more than 7 nights you will have the repeat menu. Evening entertainment was okay in places, this was around the reception area bar. Depending on the act it was sometimes difficukt to get a seat. There are watersports available too. Overall, it was okay but I would not go back.
