  This resort offers an experience that is second to none! From the moment you arrive with the welcome cocktail and the delightfully chilled hand towel to the sad time when your bags are packed and you're waiting for your ride back to the airport. Everyone at this resort takes care of you 100% of the time. The staff is great. The food is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There's plenty of places to read, quietly or be involved in all the activities. There's enough places to sit in the shade. The pools and hot tubs are delightful. The beach cabanas are 10/10 I highly recommend booking that for part of your stay

  An Amazing Trip!

  This was our first trip to Coconut Bay and we loved it here! We spent one week with kids ages, 12, 10, 9, and 8. Check-in was easy and everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. Don't forget to make dinner reservations after checking in. We stayed on the 3rd floor splash side with ocean views and it was great. The beds are just ok with only a sheet and one thin blanket which wasn't ideal, but we got extra blankets which helped. The pools (open 24 hrs), water slides and food were all excellent! Every restaurant was great with Silk being the favorite. We rented a cabana for half a day just a short walk down the beach by Paradise beach. Shoutout to Jabari who was our Butler and who went the extra mile macheting 4 coconuts for us! We did a half day land and sea excursion with Jack Sparrow (Lyndon Tours) and it was a great time! Roads are very curvy in St Lucia so be prepared if you get car sick. The beach water outside of Coconut Bay was a bit cloudy due to sargassum but they do a great job of cleaning it on the beach. It is usually always windy being on the Atlantic side but we would have baked without the wind! However, if you really want a calm beach go on the Atlantic side to Sugar Beach! I will end with this...My favorite part of Coconut Bay and St Lucia is the people!! Shoutout in particular to CJ from the entertainment team who was a great guy and so helpful and personable. Lastly, there is a rescue area with animals in the back of the resort called the Coco Corral Rescue area with dogs, goats, horses etc. Please check it out and adopt or consider being a puppy porter back like we did. The process is free, very easy, and everything is handled for you. There are so many strays in St Lucia that deserve a loving and valued home.

  Beautiful place!

  we had an amazing experience! The resort is gorgeous! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The Zoo is well taken care of by Jerry! The grounds are beautiful. thanks to all the great workers like Tom and Mash! My girl Shenika was so helpful! Thank you all for all your hard work making this place great!!

  Adults getaway!

  This was our 4th trip to St Lucia and to Coconut Bay. We truly love the people and the resort so much- it’s our second home for sure!!! Row was amazing at Tratoria for dinner (Chard did an awesome job making sure everything was taken care of), as well at Shantel in Silk! Miss Mary does an amazing job keeping the breakfast egg line moving along and it’s always so so good! We were invited to a wedding last minute on the resort- Onita simply does an amazing job and Jedi did great pouring the drinks!!! If you’re in the lobby bar at night- make sure Ersking makes your drinks for you, you won’t be disappointed! Nick and Nica keep your cups full at the swim up bar with laughs included!!! Edd and Tyron do an amazing job in the lobby bar during the day as well. Dona D does such a good job taking orders and delivering the drinks around the pool! Don’t forget to find Shekina in the buffet - she will make you smile always!! The entertainment crew is also amazing and so much fun- CJ, Mel, Kimani, and Albert do an awesome job keeping things going all day and night! We will absolutely be back - hopefully sooner than later! 💙

  Between the animal sanctuary & the friendless we will definitely be coming back!!!!

  seriously a 10/10 experience Our favorite people were: Nick, the bartender, he has the most amazing personality, remembered our drink & knew exactly what level of strong we were looking for in them, going above & beyond for everyone’s experience Po & Tom, the workers at the animal sanctuary, coming from an animal lover these two guys are absolute saviors, being able to talk to them & see how much they care & care for these sweet babies truly was the highlight of my visit, they allow us to interact with all the puppies/animals & being able to hear the before & after stories was everything, so thank you to them for taking the time to share such beautiful stories Ashnel, a back of house face who i’m sure doesn’t get as much credit as he deserves, despite it not being in his job description by any means he showed us around on our first day helping us navigate this big property when we asked for help, along with any other time we asked for something he was on the task in seconds, truly an amazing worker & person !!! Thank you to everyone who made our experience so amazing !! will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
