This place was wonderful and the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have taken! The resort was beautiful and well kept. The food was excellent both in the common dining area and the special restaurants! The people that worked there seemed to go above and beyond to make our stay the best! Ketrah who cleaned our room would leave us personal notes each day along with a new fun towel creation! Sharon prepared the best fish and even shared her recipe for the marinade she used! I also enjoyed the watercise class led my Vernon each day!

Coconut Bay = AMAZING TIME!
We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday in addition to have a vacation to relax and get some sun and we were met with such happiness amongst all the staff. Guest services Dahlia and Zara helped us make our dinner reservations and also arrange surprise decorations for our room for my wife’s birthday. Kianda at the front also was tremendously helpful in accommodating what we needed. Coconut bay is a special place and it is absolutely a place I’d return to and bring our family.

My stay was great ! I do wish they had more variety of food, the staff were AMAZING !!! A FEW IN PARTICULAR… KIANDA , TARI, DYLAN, DAZZ, KIMANI, KERMIAL, GILLIE, KAYLEE, and SHARINDA (guest services). THEY REALLY SAVED MY BIRTHDAY STAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY YALL NEED BETTER CATERING TO ADULT TIME AND MUSIC PER Se, also the rooms were very damp, and the lightening needs to be brighter ! I would love to experience more the St.Lucia culture, music, food, heritage. I felt it catered more to tourists , as they say “When in Rome, do as the Roman’s” we should do as the St.Lucian’s !

May 07, 2025Beware of the seaweed!
We have just arrived back from Coconut Bay Beach Hotel, the hotel itself was lovely and the rooms were a nice size but the bathrooms are in need of modernisation as shower head was small with shower curtain and the tiled floor although cleaned everyday you could see black grime in the grout. The food was also lovely. The seaweed on the beach was horrendous so you could not sit on the beach or go in the sea, it was also very smelly and smelt of sewer water. The team were trying to clear it up but each day it got worse so by the time we went home the smell had got worse. It was a good job that they have so many swimming pools.

Beautiful resort
This resort is beautiful. The people were really nice. Shout out to our maid, Rose. She was awesome. Also Kianda at the front desk was very kind and responsive to our needs. She's a good jokester as well. The restaurants were clean and the food was delicious. They said they were at capacity but it didn't feel crowded at all. A beautiful Paradise beach to hang out in a hammock or lounge chairs. Very close to the airport, but there's only like 5 flights a day so the airport noise was not an issue. I'd definitely stay here again
