  Excellent and Truly All-Inclusive Resort

  Your holiday really begins when you arrive at Coconut Bay Resort. After a long flight, the short ten-minute drive from the airport is a welcome relief, and smiling staff greet you with a cocktail and a cooling face towel. After check-in, you are taken to your room; we were a party of three friends and had a ground-floor garden room on the Harmony side. The room was freshly renovated and very comfortable for our needs. The beds were so comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept in, including my own. The bathroom is spacious, with good storage and plenty of room for clothing and personal belongings, both here and in the bedroom. We asked for an extra luggage stand, hangers, and another patio chair for the three of us, and they provided them immediately. The grounds are huge; during our week in October (the first after the property reopened from its refresh), few people were staying here, which I think was a plus. You have plenty of choice of which pool to cool off in. If you wanted to soak up the sun, there were plenty of loungers everywhere. We mostly enjoyed the seafront area, with loungers on rotating platforms. This property is aptly described as a playground; you can find fun or relaxation everywhere. The resort staff are amazing. They genuinely care about your enjoyment and always do their best to provide what you want. Everyone was utterly delightful, and we enjoyed meeting them all. Housekeeping did a great job; the bar staff were so fun (shoutout to Dre); and the restaurant staff were helpful with your needs and desires. The front desk staff, reservations and excursion people all did their best to provide exactly what you ask for. I truly can't fault a single one of them. When the hotel promises "all inclusive", it truly is: top-shelf liquor and generous pours. If I had to make suggestions, I would add more menu choices in the speciality restaurants, plus a family section and an adult-only section in the main buffet dining area, as it was rather noisy. Also, more staff manning the custom coffee station, with longer opening hours. Tours - It is hard to pull yourself away from the resort, but we did a Catamaran sunset tour and an all-day island tour by road with Darryl of Nerv's Taxis. We booked it through the resort's Experiences desk. Darryl drove carefully on the twisty mountain roads so we didn't get carsick. He escorted us everywhere and made sure we saw exactly what we wanted. He was also great company. We spent a blissful afternoon at one of the resort's beach huts; they took us down on a golf cart and served lunch and drinks. It was wonderful. Sargassum was prevalent, but the hotel made sure they removed it from in front of our beach hut for the afternoon. Do - take cash in USD for tips; they all deserve it. Take earplugs for the tree frogs who chirp loudly all night long. If you love dogs, bring food or treats, as you may encounter strays both on the island and at the resort at night. Enjoy your time in St Lucia; we certainly did.

  A Beautiful Birthday Gathering

  We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff, food, and overall experience were great. The only criticism I have is the description of the Hike and Walk into town. I think more should be said regarding the difficulty of the hike prior to morning of the hike. Maybe meet the night before or be more descriptive on the calendar. We had people in our group that probably should not have been participated. The resort should also clarify what to expect from the walk and markets. As I do not believe the local markets are not what tourists would typically expect. Overall, a great vacation for us. We will definitely visit Coconut Bay again!

  Recommend without a hesitation!

  What an amazing place! The staff, without exception, make this resort. Curtious, friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, drinks were the same. Shout outs to Dillan and Dre in the Harmony swim up bar...fantastic cocktail makers ! Try a BBC with Ameretto ! Also biggest shout out to the front of house Shekina and waitress Seendy felt like We left with 2 new friends.....thank you ladies. Also on our private tour, Benttey was an absolute gem. Only 1 little moan..we couldnt get a late check out ..thats fair enough, but just 2 showers one which didnt have a door, isnt really adequate for the amount of people on a late check out. This would not stop us from returning here!

  Coconut Bay Resort & Spa

  Overall, the food, beautiful beach, relaxing atmosphere, convenient airport location, and wonderful staff made this a fantastic vacation. While the entire team was great, it was the personal touches from staff members like Tari, Mystique, Jedi, Gille and Dana that made our stay extra memorable. Coconut Bay has so much to offer, and we would absolutely love to return! Thank you to the entire team for helping make our vacation so special. 🌴☀️

  So amazing!

  This is a nice resort however it’s the people who work here that make all the difference! My bartenders Kimona and King were so amazing! They always had a friendly smile and remembered us! I had an issue with my door and the head of security helped me quickly and then checked back in the next night to ensure there hadn’t been any further issues! Also beautiful views!!!
