  Activities galore and excellent staff!

  We had 10 night here as a family of 4 (boys 11 & 15). Food: The main restaurant has great choices for all meals with a mixture of buffet and stations with freshly cooked food. They change the cousins every dinner to mix it up. The 3 a la carte restaurants were all good too. The Asian restaurant (Silk) was our favourite, and we enjoyed the Caribbean restaurant (Cabash?). Both of those are quite elegant and a very nice dining experience. The Italian restaurant is down near the pool, you sit outside and much more casual (good menu though). The two main places to get snacks throughout the day are Flip Flops (wide variety of of burgers, pizza, gyros, salads, and a station with nachos, hot dogs, popcorn etc as well as fountain drinks to serve yourself. Loads to choose from to keep everybody happy. The Jerk Tree House is simple and nice seasoned bbq food. Rooms: I think they have upgraded and redecorated, but our two were not. All clean etc, just tired shower, taps etc. The rooms had a very 3 star feel to them. Rooms had plenty of space and looked out toward the pools and sea in the distance. Staff: Everybody was excellent, from the minute we check-in and throughout the holiday. Bar staff, kitchen staff, restaurant reservation desk, maids...everybody made a real effort to help and be friendly. I can't speak more highly of the staff. If certain parts of this resort felt 3 star, the staff were 5 star quality. Activities: One of the main reasons for booking this spot was plenty for the boys to do and participate. Their activity team were excellent at encouraging participation and having plenty going on every day. There is a schedule of daily events and always something they looked forward to. We did aqua aerobics a few times too and the instructor was very entertaining. Beach: This year had an unusually large amount of seaweed (Sargassum) which made it difficult to see the sand and no chance of wading in the ocean. There were diggers working daily to clear it (which did smell a bit), but they did the best they could. Because of where CB id located on the island, I'm not sure the water ever looks as turquoise and clear as their photo as I've read that it's typically choppy water there. Day Trip: Wee booked a driver through the hotel to visit a few places near Souffre (sp?). We went on a short hike (Tet Paul Trail) with beautiful views, a waterfall you can stand under and also down to Sugar Beach. SB was nice, but you had to pay for entry and a shuttle, which made it pricey for a short visit, but nice beach and water. I think there are other beaches you could visit that are public. We were just limited on time. Safety: I really appreciated how this hotel was very secluded away from the roads and towns. I felt very comfortable with the boys wandering around without any chance of them getting anywhere near the exit etc. Lazy River: My favourite part of resort. It takes about 10 mins to go around and it is truly lazy and relaxing. Great for kids and adults. Sometimes we just stayed on the ring and did another lap. Slides: For a hotel resort, the slides were very good. Not something we did every day, but they were good fun. Pools: Two main pools for families, and they are both nicely laid out and relaxing with plenty of sun chairs and shade.

  Awesome and Fun Vacation with my Mother

  I made our reservation on 13 April 2026. Confirmation: 676K6LjXvF Confirmation: 676G41F3zU Delta itinerary: 73418795557076 --- My mother and I had a great time from start to finish. We were supposed to arrive on 12 August and check out on the 21st. However, our flight was cancelled and there were no flights available the next day. So we lost two days. I emailed Dahlia to see if we could add these two days to our reservation. Dahlia jumped right in to help us without hesitation. She forwarded my email to Sylvina. She told us that extending our stay would be no problem. We were so happy that this was possible, especially since they weren't charging us extra. This set the tone for our holiday. Every employee we met was friendly and willing to help. Here are a few who stood out from the others. Sepherine – housekeeper Dahlia – concierge Fee – concierge Sylvina – reservations Sharm Dillan Kevin Dre Bertha Gania Lester Kiara Beverly Our rooms were clean and our housekeeper was great. She provided us with everything we needed. The food we had was great. We tried every restaurant and the buffet. We enjoyed our time at the Harmony Pool. The drinks and service were great. The entertainment was fun, especially the parties around the pool on Tuesday and Saturday. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. This is a holiday we will never forget.   Coconut Bay Delivered on Location, Beautiful Property, Great Food and Staff, but There's Some Things You Should Know

  Atmosphere was always lively, and the entertainment and activities were fun. The Manager's Cocktail Party in the Lobby was fun and they give away great prizes. Rooms were spacious, clean and upgraded. The rain shower head was great, but it took a minute to get hot and the water pressure in the sink was low. The balcony provided views of the resort and the beach, and at sunrise it was peaceful and serene. Rooms were not soundproof and noise traveled from either guests in the halls or entertainment happening on the resort. The food was abundant, flavorful, and you never go hungry here. Snacks were readily available, including popcorn, nachos, hot dogs and soft drinks. I absolutely loved the Coconut Walk Market Place and this was my go-to for most meals. Shenika recognized us very early in our stay and would always give us a table by the windows to enjoy the breeze when there was one. I didn't have one bad meal while I was here. Jessica was so sweet and we would always get our ice cream with a smile. The Jerk Tree House was fast, tasty and the service was great, but not the most accessible location. There's a lot of stairs. The french fries at The Cove were so good and always cooked to perfection. The Veranda, which is for Harmony guests only, was easy to get to and provided outside dining with a nice view of the ocean, but one tip is that it's hot in August and there's birds flying around looking for food. I really enjoyed the 2 outdoor entertainment nights with the buffets and shows. The staff works hard setting up for these events and I appreciate the efforts. Shout out to the event staff who set up the themes each day. I really enjoyed that. I didn't dine at Silk or Calabash because those same cuisines are available in the Market Place during your stay. I did dine at Trattoria but wasn't overly impressed. The Italian night in the Market Place was much more enjoyable with a larger menu. Tari was the first face that we saw at the airport when we arrived and every time we saw him he greeted us with a smile. He was so personable, like a lot of the staff here, and I really feel like some of them care about the guest experience. We took two tours that we booked through the resort and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. They weren't inexpensive, but I always believe that you get what you pay for. Chango (aka Snoop Dog) and Kenson were informative with a great sense of humor and they both always ensured that we captured the most memorable moments on the tours. The Land and Sea Adventure took us to the most beautiful parts of the island the lunch was delicious! The Foam Party at the Harmony Pool was on the highlights of my week. That was a party!!!! As other people have mentioned, the unsupervised children here could make or break your experience. The amount of running through the resort, jumping into and swimming in the lazy river didn't make for a relaxing time. One area for a huge improvement is the departure. I've suggested that there be a queue for the airport shuttles to reduce tension regarding who arrived at what time. I think it would be improved if you were signed up when you check out and then called by room number to board, otherwise, it's just a large mass of people gathered in the front with no line and everyone just walks up, sometimes, going ahead of others even when they arrived first and were seated due to the inability to stand for long periods of time. Overall, I really enjoyed Coconut Bay and would return here with different expectations. I was here on business and had the opportunity to do a site inspection and see a lot of the resort that most guests don't get to experience. One was the Serenity at Coconut Bay. This is absolutely phenomenal for couples looking for luxury, privacy and butler service. Here, you can totally disconnect from the outside world.

  Amazing summer trip

  Wow what an amazing all inclusive trip. I would say this is the best all inclusive we have been to in the Caribbean. Everything we ate and drink was amazing. The kids enjoyed the slides. The pools are grounds are kept clean. Service was top.
