Feb 14, 2026St Lucia, Coconut Bay and Soufriere
Great place, beautiful weather, fabulous food. Our excursion with Culture through Lyndon's took us to Tet Paul hiking, a warm water waterfall, lunch in Soufriere, and then a boat ride to Sugar Beach for snorkeling. Awesome customized trip for a small group.

Convenience and fun
We traveled with two toddlers, a three year-old and a one year-old and two adults. Overall, the experience was very good. Clean pools, good food, many entertainment options. There’s really no reason to leave the resort, but of course traveling this far We took one excursion with the family with Captain Jack, who hangs out on the beachfront near the resort. We intend to return in a couple years when our kids are a little older as taking care of two toddlers around that much water is a bit exhausting but fun nonetheless! I did have two minor pieces of feedback. One is that the tubs in the newly renovated rooms do not have fully shut off drains which means no baths for the kids. Not a major dealbreaker, but just for awareness. Also, the rooms could use a few more hooks to hang up towels and bags, etc.. overall highly highly recommend especially traveling with children!!! Great resort and convenient as convenient gets!

Incredible resort - love the staff
First time in St Lucia and at Coconut Bay - beautiful resort, great activities, pristine rooms, delicious food but the best part was the staff!!! SHOUT OUT to Onita, Melika, Vernon, Linus, Jeremy, Evelyn, Bertha, Shekina, Gina, Alanna, Mia, V'nus, Lanel, Janel, Monica and Gabina!! Long list but I couldn't leave any out because that's what made the trip so special. See you all next year - much love!

Outstanding all inclusive resort
Coconut Bay is an outstanding resort. The atmosphere, amenities, food, options and daily activities are all very excellent. The service second to none! Staff always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Ask for Brad or Seendy at Marketplace restaurant. Your every need or desire will be very well attended to! Special kudos to Brad! He made our stay so much more enjoyable!! Peter Johns lounge is awesome. Godfrey is very professional and customer focused. Dre, a young member of the service team, is a hard worker and a pleasure to be around. Front desk staff is friendly helpful and enjoyable. The entire resort is extremely well managed from every detail! We highly recommend Coconut Bay Resort!!

Couples trip with kiteboarding
We love Coconut Bay and St Lucia, just got home from our 2nd holiday there. The resort rooms, amenities, food and drinks are all great and we have zero complaints. What really makes Cbay standout is the staff, they really make the stay sensational. A handful of shoutouts to some of the staff that stood out on our past trip: the Surf Shack crew, Linus, Andre, Jeremy, Stan and Notice make our kiting experience phenomenal; the entertainment legends Keisun, Kimani, Bshem, Rikata and Richie Mae the nights a blast! I highly recommend seeking out these people in your stay and meet more of the staff. Can’t wait to go back!
