Amazing Experience
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful facilities, and excellent service. I would especially like to recognize Jefry Diaz for his kindness and professionalism. He was always attentive, helpful, and made sure I had a great experience. The service was absolutely amazing! Lorenzo and Jeffy from Guest Services were incredibly helpful and attentive.
