  A beautiful resort that could use a bit of maintenance

  Overall my wife and I had a good time, but there was some room for improvement. In general, the facilities were nice and clean, but there were some areas that lacked maintenance. One evening we had heavy rain and the ceiling leaked right onto the bed. The hotel staff give us a new room but didn't try to go beyond that. The food was excellent and the restaurants were very good. It's a very noisy, busy resort on the weekends, and almost empty on the weekdays so it's a bit of both. The entertainment staff was so awesome and they helped make the trip very special, but the Wi-Fi and reception was absolutely horrible throughout the entire week. The tour they give you is actually just a long sales pitch for an overpriced timeshare and takes up far too much time, don't go on it. The resort is massive so you have to use the shuttle, but the shuttle was fairly consistent on timing. Overall it was a fun trip with a couple areas that brought it down. I was in 42312,

  Nice resort, very relaxing

  The resort is huge and overwhelming at points. Definitely a difficult resort to to get around on if you don't like Stairs. They have golf carts for only members. The staff will try to sell you a vacation member package, but it's nice to get a tour of the property. Drinks are always available. Restaurant reservations for the day of and next day can only be made between 9-11am in the lobby. Wonderful swim up bars and plenty of pools. Nightly entertainment at the Colesseum. I would come back for another stay, however I would try to avoid the weekends as the resort allows locals to come for a day with their families and it gets a little crowded.

  Will not be going back!

  Did not like this resort. Rooms were clean and nice. Food was below average. The outside areas were unkept and dirty. The beach/ ocean is note swimable due to the beach being gross and full of trash. Fridays and. Saturdays the place is mobbed with locals. The pools and buffets are over crowded. The first day they pressure you to sign onto a time share sort of vacation package. The employees treat you ok for the most part. But good luck finding anyone that speaks English. Makes for a frustrating and confusing vacation

  It was cool

  I liked the experience and weather but had no hot water for shower and toilet kept breaking and steps were painful at cause I have a bad knee but over all the staff was great everywhere
