    Pésimo servicio

    Pésimo servicio no te respetan la reservación ni por línea, ni por teléfono te acomodan donde según la srita Alejandra quiere, caro para el servicio de cuartos que ofrece,si necesitas toallas extras te las cobran en $200 cada una, en los baños no sirven las regaderas,los asientos de los baños sueltos,al lavamanos no se le va el agua, el ventilador parece motor viejo del ruido que hace, las instalaciones en muy mal estado,la alberca muy sucia y con olor a muchos químicos,lamentablementeen internet te muestran una cosa y es otra, antes dejaban las toallas que necesitabas para las personas que te rentaban el cuarto y una jarra de agua con sus vasos, hoy en día está deplorable el servicio.

    Vacaciones

    Muy decepcionada Que triste que este tan en mal estado toda la hotelería en general Pareciera que acaba de pasar un fuerte huracán,todo destrozado y abandonado Lo mejor que me pasó fue que no reservé porque en las fotos se muestra una cosa y la realidad es otra te estoy ablando de cuyutlan colima de playa paraíso Colima que triste que siendo playas tan grandes y bonitas no le inviertan, Por eso está bajísimo el turismo y el poco que llega quieren exprimirlo

    A unos pasos de la Playa

    En realidad no hay muchas opciones de hospedaje en Cuyutlán, este hotel es bastante sencillo, barato y servicio bueno. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas, solo con ventiladores y tele. Muy conveniente a quedar a unos pasos de la playa y contar con alberca.

    De los mejores acorde a la zona

    El lugar en general presenta buenas instalaciones, Cuyutlán no se caracteriza por tener hoteles de lujo sin embargo este presenta muy buenas condiciones y muy buen servicio por parte del personal ( la alberca en excelentes condiciones ), el hotel no cuenta con servicio de restaurante lo cuál no es problema ya que al estar en pleno malecón resulta fácil disfrutar de la comida local, el hotel cuenta además con habitaciones sencillas y de lujo ( estas ultimas con pantalla y aire acondicionado ).

    Hotel not good, but area really good

    This hotel looks a lot better in pictures that in person, the hotel is ok, right by the beach which is great, but the condition of the rooms are really not good, no A/C, old, not so clean, and there are a lot of mosquitos. Pool is nice, and the food by the beach is amazing. They receive you with fresh coconuts to drink. Little town of Cuyutlan is good to walk by. Beware, because this beach is open and not safe because of sharks.
