Feb 05, 2026Good if you want nothing much to see or do
Drive was about an hour and half from airport, but they are speedy so you get there in no time. Some guests were so rude to staff, rude to others, inconsiderate at times, so some staff think felt a bit off due to some people. But we always tipped and were nice to workers so they were nice back! The room seemed a bit dirty when we arrived, no towels till end of next day. But after, always had fresh towels and even fresh towels to exchange on beach. Front desk was kinda rude, just in and out type of thing. They didn’t speak English well, so it didn’t help trying to communicate. Food was average, nothing exciting, nothing terrible. Entertainment was cute for what it was, some nights felt very disorganized, not sure if it’s cause it rained and they moved things around last second or if it was like that. Loved how the beach was so close by, but people throw their towels on a chair at 8 am to reserve and if you want a spot on beach good luck finding one anywhere after 10 am. There wasn’t much to do at the resort besides 2 pool, beach or buffet. Some entertainment games throughout day, but if you are looking for a place to really unwind, not do to much and just relax then this place is it. Good for what we paid.

Poor not a 4 star hotel the drinks served in paper cups food v bad My room was old the second day the window fell out on to my partner reported two days later fell out again joke. Had no fridge for 5 days after reporting every day. The entertainment way to loud till 11 at nit.the theme restaurants are crap basically I give 2star and don't go.

Awful
Was awful from start, language barrier I can deal with but rude, most staff are rude and unfriendly. Came for the sea and snorkelling which was shocking, dead reefs and very little fish. Whale watching was excellent as was Santo Domingo both booked off the beach guys as cheaper and the basically same trip.food was very poor and made people including myself sick as not hot!!! Please look at somewhere else

Really good
Good stay there! Good food, everybody can choose something, really good activities with Chocolate group especially with Wakanda, Depo and Juan!
