Good hotel would recommend
I liked fit pretty much, foods were plenty and beach was beautiful but not everyday show and not available champagne not it bars nor restaurants. Too many people that sell stuff they are chasing you and it was overhelming, room was cleaned fine but halfway however when asked for fresh towels were provided, but if you come from Canada or other no music besides their music is provided and even if money or tip still they play their own music, many homeland people come over for weekend stay and they get better music and service than tourists get, also they did make lunch on beach that we enjoyed but overall prices too high. I would give 3 out of 5 but hotel tried its best I would recommend it

Very worth it, beautiful beach
This resort is a refreshing change from the busy, mega resorts, to get to experience a smaller resort without the long walk to get anywhere, no mess from large volumes of people, and a generally more relaxing time. A fantastic Caribbean beach with much calmer water than Punta Cana has, this water is warmer, calmer, more beautiful. They always recommend trips to Saona Island, this resort isn't much different from the island. Great food from the buffet and the Ala Carte's. Our trip was a 7 day stay, and we liked it so much that we're going back in December with another couple for 14 days. So that alone should tell everyone this is a great destination since we'll repeat visit for longer and bring guests. See you again this December Coral Costa Caribe!

Day Pass amazy
I didn’t stay at the hotel but we bought day passes when we were staying in Santo Domingo. We had a great time - the beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful. There was a great party vibe, but also quiet space. The day pass included lunch buffet which we enjoyed- I loved the variety of food and that they had lots of typical Dominican options. They were setting up for Dominican Night when we left and I wish we could have stayed for that! I would definitely go back again!

Worst travel experience ever and it’s my first ever all inclusive resort
Disappointing birthday stay — poor communication and no meaningful resolution I stayed at Coral Costa Caribe for my birthday trip, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I had communicated with the resort months in advance regarding my room request and followed up multiple times, yet upon arrival the room arrangement was still not what had been discussed. Instead of a smooth check-in, I had to spend part of my vacation repeatedly explaining an issue I had already communicated in advance. The problems continued throughout my stay. There were multiple power outages, including an extremely frightening incident where the elevator lost power while I was inside. I also experienced inconsistent communication from staff and had to repeatedly follow up regarding my concerns rather than feeling that management was proactively addressing them. I ultimately requested compensation equivalent to one night because of the overall experience. On September 16, Guest Service delivered a written letter to my room stating that they were handling my case and would meet the following day to provide a “satisfactory resolution.” When I followed up on September 17 before checking out, I was told they could not provide compensation. Instead, I was told we could remain in contact by email if I wanted to return in the future. I declined because, after this experience, returning is not something I am interested in. There were some enjoyable moments during my trip, and I appreciate the individual employees who were pleasant and helpful. However, those moments do not outweigh the repeated issues, poor communication, power interruptions, stressful elevator experience, and the way my complaint was ultimately handled. I came here to celebrate my birthday and relax, not to spend my vacation repeatedly following up with staff and management about problems. Based on my experience, I would not choose this resort again. I hope management takes guest complaints more seriously and improves its communication and procedures for resolving issues rather than leaving guests to chase answers until checkout.

The tale of two Hotels
From Monday afternoon, through to Friday Lunchtime this resort is beautiful, quiet, well serviced and just a lovely place to be. Unfortunately this changes once the hotel is opened up at weekends to day pass holders and weekenders. It appears as though the hotel tries to accommodate as many people as possible with very little regard to the guests in resident. Examples include, children not being able to play in the main pool in the afternoon due to the overwhelming drinking culture the day residents adopt taking over the pool, being pushed out of the way at the buffet with no respect for children queuing politely for food and extremely poor customer service. The hotel staffing levels are adequate during the week, however when the numbers swell at weekends, the staff struggle to cope and what was once a well run, well serviced establishment becomes extremely poor. It’s very disappointing that this hotel prioritises profit over their high-paying guest enjoyment and experiences.
