Have been staying at Costa de Oro for many years. Just came back from a two week stay. Great service from all staff. Special shout out to Ivan and Carlos.

Welcome home
The Costa de Oro beach hotel is like home to us. We have been coming to the Costa for 20+ years. The bell boys are wonderful and very helpful if you need a taxi or a ride to a certain location. The front desk for check in makes it very easy to check in. Our rooms are wonderful and very clean. I can't say enough about our maid Margarita. So wonderful!!! Not out to the pool. We laid in the area of timeshare. Carlos was right there offering us water or lemonade. Helped us set up our lounge chair and get us a towel. The waiters Ivan and Juan and captain Carlos made sure we had our drink and snacks so polite We couldn't ask for any thing more. We highly recommend the Costa de oro if your in mazatlan you can't go wrong. Feels like family

We had a very good vacation at the Costa. Stayed 5 weeks. Love the location and view. What really topped our vacation is the service. Carlos in the vacation area was top notch. Ivan, Juan and Luis were so good to us. Suggestion? bathrooms by the vacation area (timeshare area). Sharing the bathrooms with people coming from the beach was not good. Very messy and disgusting. The people at the front desk and outside are so very nice. They treat you like family. Thank-you for a great vacation and see you all next year!!

Saving Grace Squad
My wife and I are in Mazatlan, Mexico. We arrived Saturday Feb21. We unpacked and went for a stroll around the place. We were just passed the pool under the cabana down a few stairs and passing the bathrooms. There is a step of about 4 inches as you pass the bathrooms and my wife was looking at me as we chatted and walked along. From previous visits we knew the step was there however my wife missed the step and fell. This would be bad enough for anyone however my wife is 85 years of age. I was a bit shocked and yelled her name and that was it. The next thing I knew we had 8 or 10 staff around. From janitorial to security to bar staff and then the Saving Grace Squad showed up. Carlos the Pool Concierge and Ricardo the Lifeguard. While Ricardo cleaned up her injuries and applied first aide Carlos provided language translation. They both then followed up everyday since with Carlos almost doting on her and Ricardo changed the bandages. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Thank you for your time care and attention, I do not know what we would have done without their help. Ron & Sharon Charlet

Concierge Extrodinaire Sophia Rodriguez at Costa de Oro
Concierge Sophia Rodriguez went above and beyond in securing a reservation for Sunday Carnival parade location. Sophia gave us three options and one was perfect. Stress free and guided us every step of the way. We very much appreciated her professionalism in securing us an amazing spot. Diana Sophia Rodriguez was friendly, helpful and very pleasant to work with. My wife and I appreciate her very much.
