  El peor all. Inclusive de mí vida

  Couples Negril Comida en buffet, muy pobre, en el desayuno un solo fiambre, casi ningún queso y pocas frutas, muy pobre, no acorde con la tarifa La habitación la hacían entre 17 a 18 hs Detalle hasta la tv tiene deshabilitado la función de ajustes y traducción Café solo en una cafetería, que es un pasillo frente a un baño, en ningún. restaurante hay cafe En el buffet por la noche imposible comer con el volumen alto de bandas en vivo, desagradable, no se puede conversar ni una sola palabra En gastronomía de hoteles 5 estrellas de los mucho que visitamos es el peor Lo bueno las playas , pero no alcanza Me arruinaron mis vacaciones Nunca mas Falta de respeto total x el hispano parlante, nadie habla ni una sola palabra de español, ni en las oficinas del hotel en el aeropuerto, indudablemente, si hablas español este hotel, ni Jamaica es para nosotros, hay que ir sin dudarlo a República Dominicana, es otro standard. Desprecian 100 millones de turistas al año, solo de América latina, Parece que no entienden lo que el latino y español viajan al caribe, para mi es primera y última vez Couples Negril The buffet food was very poor. Breakfast included only one cold cut, almost no cheese, and very little fruit—very meager and not in line with the price. The room was cleaned between 5 and 6 pm. Even the TV had its settings and translation functions disabled. Coffee was only available in one cafeteria; none of the restaurants offered it. At the buffet in the evening, it was impossible to eat due to the loud live bands; it was unpleasant and impossible to have a conversation Of the many 5-star hotels we visited, this one had the worst cuisine. The beaches were the only good thing, but it wasn't enough. Never again. There was a total lack of respect for Spanish speakers. Nobody spoke a single word of Spanish, not even in the hotel offices or at the airport. Undoubtedly, if you speak Spanish, this hotel, and even Jamaica, is not for us. You should definitely go to the Dominican Republic; it's a different standard. They disregard 100 million tourists a year, just from Latin America. It seems they don't understand that Latin Americans and Spaniards travel to the Caribbean. For me, this is the first and last time.

  Peace & Tranquilty

  The customer service was above the roof, all the staff members i encountered with greeted me with a pleasant smile. Big thank you to Moveta and Shemar for taking good care of us while we stayed! Will definitely be visiting again!!!

  Couples Negril - My Two Cents

  My wife and I have been repeat guest of Couples Negril for over a decade. We have also had the pleasure of being a guest at Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios. Of their four locations, two in Negril and two in Ocho Rios, Couples Negril is the smallest and this is the very reason that it is our favorite. You can't go wrong with any of the four Couples resorts, it simply comes down to which fits you best. All four locations offer amenities that are typically a separate offering at other resorts. The cost to stay at a Couples locations is a bit more than other resorts but it is so worth any extra cost. Water sports such as snorkling and scuba diving are included in the cost of your stay. Catamaran and glass bottom boat excursions are included in your stay, and there are other water activities such as paddle boats that are included as well. Tipping staff at the four locations is not allowed. Documenting your experience via the provided survey at the end of your stay is how Couples rewards their staff. Couples does not formally promote their resorts. No advertising, strictly word of mouth and reviews. If you are a frequent traveler, you most likely have your favorites regarding vacation resorts. For my wife and I, Couples Negri is number 1 and we don't see any other resort moving them out of that position anytime soon.

  Relaxed, Beautiful Anniversary Trip

  We had a great time! The Jamaican people were the highlight of the trip! The food was amazing, we had a great time snorkeling, and as everyone says, the catamaran ride is a must. Our room was always clean and the whole vibe was very relaxed. We did the trading places where we got to go to Couples Swept Away, loved that day too! I would advise maybe going to the orientation though because there were a few things I didn’t know (but didn’t ask anyone) until the end of our trip that I wished I had but we skipped the orientation, whoops! We read some online complaints before our trip about bay traffic but we saw no traffic other than the water sports boats for our resort…..we read some other complaints about it being run down that almost had me choosing a different spot…in our opinion, there was nothing run down here. Is it the newest/modern place, no, but it was all functional, all clean, and all beautiful chill island vibes. No complaints here, we will for sure visit Jamaica again!

  Best resort around

  This was our eighth trip in nine years. (Covid prevented 2020). We keep returning because you can’t beat perfection. The beach is perfect. No rocks or seaweed. The food is delicious! The staff are friendly and helpful.
