Sad story - money stolen from the room
Overall: good beach, sea, food. Annoying sellers on the beach and staff that doesn't really care about you. We were unlucky to leave the room safe open one day, so they thought our money is their money. Just be sure not to leave room safes open. Hotel admin and police don't really do anything about it, which is sad as I've read some other reviews reporting stolen money. - beautiful beachfront location and tranquil atmosphere (if you can ignore the beach vendors that try to sell you weed 10 times a day) - powder-soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters (there are jelly fish that can byte you and no one tells you about... and some stingrays, but they are fine) - we stayed in Atrium suite which had no TVs and glass windows, making it an ideal spot for disconnecting and unwinding - the quality and variety of the food was great, with a lot of meat options. Fish and sea-food options were limited (we had only one type of fish (snapper) for the whole stay) and lobster on only one night - good range of water sports, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing and diving (if you are licensed) —all included in the price - although a lot of reviews say the staff and customer service are good, was not the case for us. Staff was mostly lazy and not caring (bars, restaurants, watersports), with a couple of exceptions. - cherry on top: an important sum of money was stolen from our room. Probably left the safe open one day...

Couples Swept Away is as great as they say!
So many pictures I could post, so many memories made! We just spent Monday through Saturday on property and WOW! We were so impressed with Couples Swept Away! I will leave my thoughts, and gladly answer any questions! PROS: THE FOOD was better than I expected, smaller portions for sure, but you can just ask for more! Patois was closed due to low capacity for breakfast, and The Palms was fine for us. I was not enthused about Feathers and Lemongrass because usually, All Inclusives and their approach at fancy is a bust, not the case at CSA. I enjoyed everything I ate. THE STAFF never did I encounter an employee without a smile on their face, a fist bump, or a kind conversation! Sally at the beach bar kept us happy! And SO many staff LOVE to talk soccer, the day I wore my Chelsea FC jersey I made plenty of friends. I wanted to watch a match at the sports facility and they gladly put it on and kept my beer full! Aleksander was one of our favorite waiters as well! THE ROOM was beautiful, we were in a Beachfront Verandah suite, the view was great! The bed was so comfortable, and cleaned every day! Some days later than others, but let's be real, do you clean your room at home everyday? No worries mon. I would say sound and the smoke smell travels, midnight a guest was upset that there were bugs in their room (we believe they left their doors open) but we could hear the manager be kind and understanding, and then I fell back asleep. The shower was great, no running out of hot water like I've experienced in Mexico. CONS (but not really, more like first world problems) No room service was a bummer, but being honest, you just had to walk to get food. I would say the breakfast room service was "OK", we LOVED the banana bread and wrote extra on our ticket multiple times, but got the same amount, so we considered breakfast room service a jump start to getting our lazy butts to the palms, but again, room service would be a welcomed addition IMO. Gardenview rooms, I see a lot of concerns about Gardenview rooms, and yes it is close to the road, not staying in one I can't speak for the noise, but the road isn't SUPER busy and certainly not an expressway. So I would "think" a little white noise might help. Beach vendors and cats, Yes there are beach vendors, it's a public beach, there is security, and I even saw police one day. A vendor never pushed super hard, "Hey Mon you want smoke?" I'd say no, they'd move on. Yes there are cats, I HATE cats, but I liked those cats, as chill as the island.

Great 10 days
Arrived late Sunday 15 September 24, allocated room 1103 perfect garden room with plenty of privacy on balcony with fantastic plants and palm trees, room great with large bed. Short walk to lobby, cafe, Palms and beach. Enjoyed south beach near swim up pool bar, great beach service from Shayne, fruit, cold towels and beerie jokes. Water amazing clear and warm. Ate in all restaurants especially liked Feathers, Lemon Grass, Patios, Palms, Sea Grapes and Scotch Bonnet, oh l think that’s all of them. Entertainment team even managed to get us included in volleyball and games, we won rum and coffee and met some lovely couples. This was our second visit last time was May 2011 not much has changed except improvements to rooms and landscaping and they continue to improve. We will return hopefully sooner than before.

Spectacular
Amazing beach, great staff, and good entertainment. Good was decent and staff was nice. Resort is a little dated that is my only complaint. I would definitly come back. Also the vendors could be a bit annoying at times. Staff was helpful and grounds were clean. Rooms are a little dark but air conditioned and comfy. We had a great time. For half the price of sandals I'd come again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Wow
The best holiday ever! Went with my Mum for a week and stayed in an atrium room 2122 and it was incredible! The activities are fab; pickleball, basket making, snorkelling, wakeboarding were just a few activities we got involved in and they were all super fun! Feathers was the best speciality restaurant we’ve ever been to and lemongrass was also great. The chef and shantel were so lovely and took care of our nut and gf situation. Palms possibly got a little repetitive but you can book the speciality restaurant multiple times. The staff were all incredible and very friendly. Nothing was too much to ask for. Cannot wait to return again!
