  Ultimate couples getaway

  The ultimate get away for couples. We just returned from our 29th visit to Couples Tower Isle and see no reason to stop returning. The original all-inclusive resort in Jamaica and they have it figured out. Private resort with no access for anyone from either side. Private off-shore au natural island. Great food and drinks. But our number one reason for returning is their incredible staff. They are like none I have seen anywhere. Trying to explain them would cause anyone to think I was making it up. In fact, in 29 trips, I’m still not sure how they do it! Once you go, you know!

  Happy times with amazing staff

  Absolutely amazing. Food excellent..entertainment amazing..including steel bands which were a real treat..fire display and much more. The staff at this hotel need special recognition. Nothing is too much trouble..always a smile. From house keepers..who I may say..kept our room spotless..to chefs who served the best. The manager of this hotel should be so proud to have this team. Any drink you want is sent to your room..yes..the prossecco kept coming 🍾 . The swim up bar is a real treat. Watersports are also included and we did caterman and glass bottom boat which we really enjoyed. As travelers that have traveled and stayed in alot of hotels..this hotel has it all. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Jamaica 🇯🇲 xx

  Good but could be improved

  Great dedicated airport arrival- easy transfer- efficient checking in - drinks and cool towels- room dated but very clean- cleaned beautifully ever day - mini bar topped up using qr code - very generous- restaurants booked using we code too- food was the best thing about trip- eggs grill at breakfast was amazing- we are not picky eaters but I think one would find menu a bit restrictive- bayside restaurant was amazing food and location excellent-pool grill disappointing as standard of dishes not reflective of food on whole the only negative were that some of the staff were grumpy bordering on rude! Also the beach/pool bar flag was useless as the staff didn’t want to serve any drinks! So disappointing !but overall we had a good holiday but a few improvements would have made this a great holiday!

  Back after 23 years - WOW!

  We had a amazing experience. We had not been to Tower Isle in 23 years, since our honeymoon. We appreciated all the updates - the swim up bar, the coffee shop, updated bathrooms, and others. Even with all the positive changes, it is the people and staff at the resort that make it the best. We had so many great encounters with the staff, including David from landscaping who gave us an impromptu tour of the grounds after he finished caring for the parakeets and the macaws. Samantha in the spa gave an amazing body scrub and massage. Devon was our favorite bartender, and Santana's Blue Ocean drink should not be missed. Tiffany in entertainment ran a great music trivia and karaoke. Byron the bellhop remembers everyone and was a welcome site upon arrival and helped at departure. The dinner for returning guests - repeaters - was amazing. It was hard to believe some guests had returned to this resort for more than 110 visits. It's hard to miss that they are constantantly cleaning the resort from the seaweed on the beach to washing down the boats and the pool chairs. They are always working. The food overall was quite good. My ONLY suggestion is to please put out salsa. I would have appreciated it so many times from adding to my morning omelets, the tortilla chips, to the fajitas at dinner one night. A bit of spicy salsa would have gone a long way. The property is well kept up. If you are looking for a Ritz-Carlton, this is not the spot. The resort was built in the 1950's and still has this amazing retro-glam vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, and not up to date with much newer properties, but everything is clean, we had no problems with plumbing or hot water during our visit. The specialty restaurants 8 Rivers and Bayside are not to be missed. Book them as much as possible. My only constructive criticism is that the Piano bar needs to be refreshed. It has a musty, dank smell many others have commented on. But, it's a very small issue. WE will be Back - and sooner than 23 years this time!!

  A must visit resort!

  Our only mistake was booking just 5 days! If you’re considering Couples Tower Isle, book the trip—and make it longer than five days. That was our only regret. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we could truly relax. The resort has a charming, nostalgic feel. While it’s not the newest property, it’s beautifully maintained, and that classic Caribbean character is part of what makes it so special. The views are absolutely stunning, and everywhere you look feels like a postcard. The staff made this trip unforgettable. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. Their hospitality is what sets this resort apart. The food exceeded our expectations, and we loved having so many included restaurants, activities, and even room service. There was always something to do, but it never felt crowded or overwhelming—it was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation for a romantic getaway. We left already talking about coming back. Couples Tower Isle gave us an incredible anniversary trip that we’ll never forget. We can’t recommend it enough for couples looking for a beautiful, intimate, all-inclusive experience in Jamaica.
