  Best Couples Resort Ever- we'll definitely be back

  What can I say about this wonderful resort - everything about this resort is fabulous from the amazing staff to best food we have had at any one of the Couples Resorts. The whole staff is so friendly and always asking if we are enjoying ourselves, what can they help us with etc. The food was amazing at every restaurant there and we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever, drinks were always good, pools were clean and not busy. The rooms were really nice and we had a deluxe ocean view with a large balcony to sit on and have breakfast or just watch the sunsets ,look out at the island or watch a light show in the sky some nights. There is also a large balcony off the lobby with lots of comfortable chairs facing the water to enjoy a drink and or look out at the water at night. The beach is not a long one but we would just walk it back and forth and chat to get our exercise. There is nothing nicer than sitting under an Almond tree on the beach early in the morning reading a book and enjoying the quiet. Everyone from Byron the bellman ,Roshone at the front desk for IT to Jacynthe ,Deron, Okeem, Damain, Ackme and Antonio on the beach that did a beautiful painting for us were absolutely amazing. I would also like to acknowledge the ladies at the front desk they were always so nice and would say hello every time we would walk by. We will definitely be going back to Couples Tower Isle for sure, all their dive people were wonderful to deal with and my hubby cant wait to see them all again.

  Our favorite place

  We have been to this resort 13 times. We've never had better food anywhere. The rooms and resort are clean and the beds are super comfy. You get repeater rewards for returning. All inclusive here means, no tipping needed, all food and drinks(some top tier alcohol brands), specialty cocktail nights like martini and wine and cheese, scuba diving if you're certified or they'll certify you for $$ then the rest are free. There's a glass bottom boat, snorkeling and lots of water sports activities. You have access to 2 big pools, the beach or the nude island if that's your thing. Spa services are phenomenal here! They aren't included but the prices are reasonable. If you are a repeater, you get a free couples massage after xx many nights stayed. Tie dye on the beach, karaoke, live music every night. They have a special dinner every Monday for repeaters and a special cocktail night for honeymooners. Weddings here are beautiful! We love it and will keep coming back as long as we are able.

  Another fantastic Holiday

  This is our visit and it was every bit as good as the last. From walking into the Couples lounge at Montego Bay Airport everything was on point. The view as you walk into reception is stunning. Its great to see so many of the staff still there from 2 tears ago. Ainsley was the same guy who put our cases on the bus two years ago took them back off this time. We had a deluxe sea view room in building 4 and everything we asked for was waiting for us. Food again was fantastic as were the drinks from all bars. We did the repeaters dinner this year and the lobster was amazing. We spent our time on the beach or by the swim up pool (not brave enough for the Island) and always had a choice of location and beds. We went sailing with Colin (exactly as we did 2 years ago) and snorkelling along the reef. There isnt a lot of shade but there seemed enough for those that wanted it. In the evening the piano bar is a must. Its the heart of the hotel at night and we had a load of fun and made lots of new friends there. The only thing I would suggest is to cut the karaoke down to one night as the room emptied as soon as the pianist finished the early shift. We will defiantly be back again.

  Pleasantly surprised by this experience

  My husband and I stayed at this resort for his birthday weekend, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and well-maintained, and honestly, the cleanliness more than made up for the outdated decor. The food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The breakfast and lunch buffets in particular were top-tier, with a great variety of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The resort also has a small beach area, which I absolutely loved. I spent most of my days soaking up the sun, relaxing by the water, and sipping on freshly cut coconut water. It was exactly the kind of relaxation I needed! There were a few small hiccups during our stay, including an issue with the AC. However, what stood out to me was how the team handled the situation. They responded to the issue and took care of it, so it certainly wasn't something that would warrant a bad review in my opinion. No resort experience is perfect, but how a property responds when something goes wrong says a lot about its team. Overall, this was by far one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The combination of great service, delicious food, a relaxing beach, and a welcoming team made our birthday weekend truly enjoyable. They've definitely gained a repeat client! I would happily return.

  Awesome and relaxing

  This was the experience that rejuvenated me . The staff was very accommodating and the hotel services met my expectations. I will stay at this resort again. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking.
