Jan 29, 2026A Truly Luxurious Experience at The Cove at Atlantis
The Cove at Atlantis in the Bahamas was an amazing experience and truly luxurious. The staff were outstanding from start to finish. We had a couple of minor challenges with our room, and everything was resolved the very same day. On top of that, the manager went above and beyond by proactively adding a credit to our folio, which we didn’t even ask for. The concierge team took care of us before we even arrived. They helped us secure a beach cabana, made dinner reservations, and ensured that even when a reservation was only available for two, our young son was thoughtfully accommodated. That level of care and attention really stood out. The Cove is a classy, all-suite property that feels genuinely luxurious. Our room was incredible, with two balconies and sweeping views of the harbor, Dolphin Cay, the entire Atlantis resort, and the ocean at The Cove. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Majestic, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Without question, The Cove is the only tower we would stay in at Atlantis. We were extremely happy with our experience.

Love Atlantis!
Absolutely amazing. Beautiful, nice, incredible dining and resort grounds, best lazy river I have ever been in and the golf is literally incredible.

Sapphire Butler service
Excelent experience with a Sapphire suite and the butler service was the best we have experienced. Room was perfect, view magnificent Valentina, Paul and Dericka amazing butlers!

May not come back until service improves. Beware of gratuity charge and separate tip charge, got me for three days of my trip. I was paying gratuity charge and 20% tip on top. 38% tip and poor service 75% of the time.

Great time at The Cove!
Stayed at the Cove for 4 nights. We had a deluxe king ocean view suite on the 16th floor. The view was INCREDIBLE!! Loved the room set up and cleanliness. Had a refrigerator and we ordered beverages from Instagopher, which they delivered to the hotel and the bellman brought up to us. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Weather was very windy and chilly and we only had 1 day at the pool. Loungers and food at the adults only pool were great. All the restaurants we ate at were expensive, but the food was all delicious. The grounds around Atlantis are very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!!
