- Other Local AttractionsCozumel is rich in history and natural wonders. Popular destinations include ancient Mayan temples on the north side of the Island; the sanctuary to Ix- Chel -the fertility goddess- in San Gervasio and the Museum of the Island of Cozumel, with its colorful displays of underwater reefs and other Island treasures. At El Cedral, on the south side of the Island, the oldest Maya structure on Cozumel built in A.D. 800 can be found. Nearby a towering lighthouse at Punta Sur offers a 360-degree view of the Island.
Cozumel is habitat to many nature reserves: the Cozumel Marine Reef National Park, Chankanaab Park and Lagoon, and Punta Sur. Botanical gardens at Chankanaab Park display 350 different types of tropical plants from more than 20 countries. Another attraction is the dolphin aquarium, treating visitors to a close-encounter with playful dolphins. Punta Sur is a new eco-tourist park for visitors interested in learning about the Island's native flora and fauna. Encircling a region known as Colombia Lagoon, Punta Sur is a unique setting of mangrove jungles, white sandy beaches and reef formations. The Park's information center allows visitors to watch a 20-minute video and learn about different eco-systems, environment and native birds, turtles, alligators, fish and coral in the Park. At the information center, visitors can rent electric bikes to explore Punta Sur on their own.

My family and I visited the resort in August with a group of 11, and we had so much fun. I would definitely give the resort five stars! Everything was clean, the drinks were great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious, with so many choices. I only wish they had bacon for breakfast—LOL! The location is great near the water The atmosphere very nice Rooms are clean daily I paid less what is worth it for sure It is less noise or very quite at night I also want to mention the excellent service provided by Roger and Joel, the bartenders. A special thank-you goes to the wonderful entertainment team—Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, and Tony. We had such a great time with them; they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and entertaining. Overall, my entire family had a fantastic experience, and everyone was happy.

Great crew!
Ok, how do I start this. We had such an amazing experience at the resort, and a huge part of that was because of Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, and Tony! They were absolutely incredible and truly made our stay unforgettable. The activities they organized were so much fun, but what stood out the most was how welcoming, friendly, and genuine they were. They didn’t make us feel like we were just guests at a resort—they made us feel like we were part of a family. ❤️ Rogers was amazing at serving and Danial and Jose were amazing bartenders!!!!!! Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm brought everyone together and made every activity enjoyable. You can tell that they truly care about making sure everyone is having a great time. Thank you Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, and Tony for all the laughs, memories, and amazing moments. You made our vacation so much more special, and we will definitely remember you! Anyone visiting this resort is lucky to have such an amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We always enjoy our stay at the hotel! This time, we met Jessy from the Entertainment team, and she was super funny, positive, and full of great energy. She really made a difference in our stay with her amazing attitude! Thank you, Jessy! 😊

Amazing place
the place was very nice, the resort is kept clean and the customer service is great. Roger, joel, tony, juanita, giovanna, jesse and sunny were great employees and really made the experience great. the food is great as well

The People Who Made Our Cozumel Trip Unforgettable
Our trip to Cozumel was amazing, but the people here are truly what made it unforgettable. ❤️ Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, Tony, Roger, Giovanni, and Joel all worked from the bottom of their hearts to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness and energy honestly made our trip 10x better! Special thank you to Tony for all the great exercises and activities, Roger for the BEST service with our food and drinks (literally my favorite human ever 😂❤️), and Joel for being an amazing bartender and always making us laugh! You can tell these people genuinely care about what they do. We came for a vacation but are leaving with memories of the wonderful people we met.
