We absolutely love Cozumel Palace! The breakfast team: Sylvia, Jennifer Miguel, Heri, Gabriel Martha Fili Kathia Jose are top notch and take awesome care of their customers! The diving is so wonderful! We went with Aqua Safari and Walter, Luis and Mariano were the best!! The pool was fun too! Charlie, Roger, Moses, Fernando, David and Mary made water volleyball a blast! We will come back here again and again!!

Cozumel Palace-Our Favorite
Cozumel Palace is such a welcoming place. We return every year as we did in April 2026. The staff are so accommodating, the food is great, the hotel is so comfortable and you can't beat the beauty of the ocean right outside your door. If you are kind and appreciative of the staff's constant hard work, you will find how friendly all of the staff are. We tip them because they work so hard every day. For a 2-week stay, we usually go through $800 - $900 in tips and for the level of service we receive, it doesn't seem like much. There are so many people to thank for making our trip so enjoyable and I will try to acknowledge them. Sorry if I forgot somebody. -Leslie met us at the Cozumel Airport to get us on our ride to the Palace. Ilse often handles our return trip. -Abraham, Isaias and Manuel at the front door. Their friendliness and help are always appreciated. We miss Pascual. -Rocio and Pauola with room service is easy to get at all hours, especially when you are not feeling well. -Ana, Joel, Zhayra, Jailene, Alex and Cesar at the front desk. -David, Dora, Nina, Jose, Marcos and Mildred with Guest Services are always ready to help. My wife had some stomach problems and Dora was so great at helping her get well. -Darwin, Vincente, Israel, Izamar and Fredy with Vacation Planners. -Emmanuel the Pool Concierge is always on the move to make sure you are comfortable. -Mariana, Ivan, Everett, Jose Cme, Jesus, Marahi, Luis Angel, Joel and Gabriel the restaurant managers. - Silvia, Martha and Cathia greeted us each day at the restaurants. -Senora Maria, Jose and Gabriella are incredible chefs. -Alessandra, Angel and Mayra in the coffee shop. -Yara, Diane, Leslie, Abby, Maria, Charlie (aka Charlie Jackson), David, Moises, Oswaldo, Donny, Roger and Fernando in Activities. -Luis in the weight room does such a great job setting up workouts in the new fitness room. -Jesus the lifeguard. -Juan, Rodrigo, Reyes, Raul, Gabriel, Enrique, Juan Carlos, Rodri, Javier and Omar are the best bartenders. -Georgina, Feliciano and Ami in housekeeping. -Carlos, Camillo and Regina in maintenance. - Jennifer, Fili, Herri, Hiram, Miguel, Enrique, Alan, Perla, Jairo, Jorge, Naomi, Gabriel, Paul, Carmita, Elizabeth, Carmelita, William, Jose Alexandar Duran, Carlos, Lourdes, Sharon, Jesus, Antonio and Marilu the best waitresses and waiters. -Sugei, Esmeralda, Tania, Yesenia, Mariano, Luis, Walter, Jose, Fernando, Mario, Joseph, Carlos, Blanca, Manuel and Meri at Aqua Safari.

Great week at Cozumel Palace
As always, the Cozumel Palace continues to meet my expectations. The service, food, and accomodations are superb! An over-zealous hostess in the Gondola Restaurant was not appreciated, but that was our only negative during the week.

Ten Unforgettable Days at Cozumel Palace - We Will Be Back!
What an incredible ten days at Cozumel Palace! This was an unforgettable experience for our entire family, and one we would love to repeat! The entertainment team - Charlie (we love you!), Deivid (the best water sports instructor), Fernando (the best kayak instructor), and Mary - made every day special with their incredible energy and engaging activities. And a huge shout-out to Lucho, the KING of the gym! He is an amazing person who quickly became our friend. The restaurants are truly the crème de la crème! The Italian Gondola restaurant has a wonderful, attentive manager and an outstanding team. Flamingo impressed us with its exceptional meat and seafood, while Bugambilias offered a fantastic Mexican dining experience. Our absolute favourite was MOMO! As Japanese food lovers, we were in heaven. Every dish was a work of art, and every bite was a delight. Huge thanks to José and the amazing crew for making each meal so memorable. A special shout-out to Antonio for making every visit feel so personal! Snorkeling right outside the hotel was another highlight! Swimming among beautiful, colourful tropical fish was magical, and I even spotted a stingray! But what truly makes Cozumel Palace exceptional is the people. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. We arrived as guests and left with wonderful memories and new friends. Thank you, Cozumel Palace! You made our family holiday truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Relaxed and tanned
I've been going to Cozumel Palace for over 35 years. Many of the staff have become friends and it's like homecoming when I see them. A special shout out goes to the restaurant staff, Fili, Martha, Gabriel Chan, Jennifer, Silvia and Jesus. Cooks Jose and Maria. Pool waters Jorge and Alan. At the front desk, Joel who always has the biggest smile and who is so helpful. I can recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families. It's a 10.
