    You get what you pay for.

    My wife and I decided we wanted to go diving in Cozumel and stay at an All-Inclusive hotel. I looked through many reviews as we hadn’t been to Cozumel to dive for many years. Many resorts were rated good but with the caveat that the food was not really that good. I came across Cozumel Palace and the food reviews were good but it was a bit more pricey than other hotels. It was my wife’s birthday so we decided to splurge. I’m very glad we did. This is a case most definitely that you get what you pay for. First class hotel and dining. Several specialty restaurants that are very good. I want to specifically mention Momo, which is an Asian fusion restaurant. Top notch food, including their specialty drink of the day. Service is awesome there as well. I want to give Efrain a special mention as he did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

    Awesome experience

    This was an amazing experience surrounded by beautiful 2 toned blue waters. The shopping was a bit pricey but some things were absolutely fantastic to buy. So much mayan culture and history.

    Another fantastic vacation at the Palace!

    The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met! Alan, Perla and Gabriel make sure that our glass is never empty. Emanuel always has our beach chairs ready for us. A high shoutout to David, Dora, Martha, Heri, Gabriela and all the staff for making sure that our stay is so enjoyable. We already booked our next trip for April of 2026, since the Palace is our “home away from home”!

    Another Great Palace Resort Vacation

    Beautiful location over looking the ocean. The atmosphere is relaxing, but there are plenty of sites and experiences on the island for you if you like. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, all with ocean views and stocked refrigerators. Food quality is excellent and plentiful. There are never ending drinks whether you like varieties of coffee, soda, wine or bars drinks. Room service is 24/7, always delivered quickly with friendly service. Even though it's a family resort, the noise level was low even near the pool. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

    Love Cozumel Palace!

    Enjoyed the entire experience! Great staff, great guests, and great food! We love Victoria at Momo! Emmanuel and Perla were fantastic at the pool! And Martha was fantastic for our morning start! Mildred did great with our agenda and Alex with our questions. Pool volleyball games, gym, activities, spa treatments, diving, snorkeling, and a coffee shop. A great place to get away and relax.
