  Love this place!!!

  My husband and I took a birthday trip to Crane Resort. What a marvelous time we had. We met this beautiful young lady in the reception Joan, all bubbly and so kind who made our daily ventures so wonderful, told us how we can use our days while we were there, free shuttles to the beach, Fish fry Oistins even got one of the taxis on site to take us downtown to site see. Will surely be back with this kind of welcoming who would not? P.S. The coconut guy Jasirus was also one who made our day special. Made sure we had our electrolytes in.

  Calm, Relaxing, very friendly and helpful staff!

  This is a quiet resort. Very beautiful, lots of pools, nice restaurants to eat at, a small store to buy food to cook your own meals if you are so inclined or grab a snack, There are little shops and some local vendors selling their handiwork. Our favorite is Kathleen who sells very pretty jewelry. We checked in on September 26th of this year, and we were met on our arrival by a representative of the resort that greeted us and showed us where to check in. The staff member that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. She was new to the Crane Staff but was professional and very welcoming. Her name was Arianah Moore. All of the staff that we encountered, were always happy to help. The resort itself is an older building but there are newer sections, and the older sections are being updated to a newer more modern feel. The rooms are nice and even if you are in an older section that has not been updated yet, the rooms are clean and roomy and comfortable. This was our third time there and we will be coming back again next year. The beach, when the seaweed is gone, is just amazing! You get a nice beach recliner with an umbrella, a beach towel and a little table to put your drinks and snacks on. There is also a beach bar right behind you. Very relaxing, beautiful place.

  Great stay

  The Crane Resort in Barbados is absolutely beautiful, and pictures truly do not do this stunning property justice. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the vast, lush grounds, which are impeccably clean, well-kept, and filled with vibrant greenery and multiple incredible pools. Our hotel room was large, incredibly spacious, and delightful. Having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience, and the room came fully equipped with every appliance needed to make our stay completely comfortable. What really sets this resort apart, however, is the outstanding service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly everywhere we went on the property. I want to specifically highlight Ms. Joan at the front desk. Hospitality is clearly her passion. She was so pleasant and constantly went above and beyond to assist us. Because of our late flight times, we needed some extra time, and she personally ensured that we had a comfortable setting to wait in. Management needs to give this lady a raise! She is an absolute gem who truly represents the best of the Barbados experience. Planning our days was also a breeze. The resort offers numerous activities that are easy to book directly through their app, and there is a concierge desk available to book excursions completely worry-free. I would definitely return to The Crane, with Ms. Joan being a massive reason why. Highly recommended!

  Girls trip

  What a beautiful resort! We had a fantastic room in building 3. Ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, & our own private pool. The grounds are beautiful. The people are friendly. The rum punch was delicious and strong. Would have liked if the beach here was better but the shuttle that included chairs & umbrellas was great and beach was perfect. Not too crowded.

  Best Resort stay in Barbados!!!

  We had a fantastic time staying at the crane resort. Little did we know that it was a piece of history dating back to being the oldest resorts on the island. The atmosphere and Ambiance were impeccable, especially the Lookout ocean views by the pole side… simply spectacular! However, the real gem of the crane is our concierge Shaquan Carrington. As this vacation was my honeymoon and wife’s birthday I had reached out to Shaq ahead of time. He helped me plan and unforgettable romantic entrance, filled with balloons, rose, petals, bows, and “happy birthday baby“ all in St. Lucian colors. He had a bottle of chilled wine, waiting for us, as well as a Radio of fruits and chocolate dessert with happy birthday written across from my wife. He aided me in planning reservations at an exquisite restaurant called “The Cliff (an absolute must in dining experience). As well as the following day at “the Tides”. He continue adding me when I arrived with several recommendations and suggestions as to our excursions while we were here at the resort. He was absolutely invaluable! The staffing that set up that magical entrances is to be commended. During your stay take advantage of the properties, pools, mgrs cocktails, restaurants, and spectacular views… Don’t forget to feed the green monkeys. (there are many on the property.) if you get a chance. Definitely seek Shaquan out, you’ll thank me. Best Regards Mr. & Mrs. Joseph
