Best service with bellboy Jesus. Always so friendly, polite and sense of urgency. Thank you for all your help since we arrived until the day we left. We were here for 5 days and he was such a help from our luggage, basic information and getting a cab for us. Such a great help Jesus!

Great view, AMAZING staff!! Had a room overlooking the ocean with a bunk bed and a king bed. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Buffet and restaurants wasnt anything to brag about but edible and had lots of choices! Lots of activities for young kids!

First time all-inclusive
Overall, we had a great time here. I was a little worried given some other reviews saying food was not good. However, we are not overly picky so we always found different items each meal that we liked trying. The resort itself is maybe a little dated, however we were generally comfortable and had a great time with the various restaurants for dinner, the pools, and the various facilities.

Absolutely beautiful
Where do I start, honestly? What an absolute gorgeous hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, especially Jerry and Maria, who work in the 7th floor v.i.p lounge. This hotel has loads of food options, and the food is great also a variety of different al le cartes our favourite was the Italian the drinks in the hotel are made so nice beautiful cocktails 🍸 the hotel has a number of shops and also a indoor market a couple days a week. The hotel is located exactly on the beach with stunning views it also has a few pools with including a pool with slides and a pool with a mini waterpark for kids I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and will definitely re visit

The Crown Club with Maria Garcia, Jerry and Juan Carlos was excellent. They were all very professional and accommodating. The martinis Juan Carlos made were top shelf! Sadly the overall stay was less than expected. The resort needs updating. The food was never very good.
