Very uncleaned property. Reused uncleaned plastic cups. Food is horrible. Never clean any plates . Food are the same every day. Lunch and dinner always the same the quality of food is the worst. The staff is good.

We highly enjoy staying at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun! If you are looking for a fun get away, this place is it. Tremendous value for the dollar. The resort has multiple pools, so you are not always feeling crowded. The beachfront is wonderful, and the kids' activities are varied to keep them occupied. In the five times I have been to the resort, I have not had a bad experience. Staff is second to none. In fact, on this trip our long-time pool server spotted us in the crowd and came over to us to say hello! Gotta love a place where everyone does their best to make you feel at home!

Lack of staff, poor service, low food quality, not able to reserve restaurant, power outages, no water, poor internet, out of towels constantly, people smoking, lack of suntanning chairs, drinks are watered down, hotel does not clean up seaweed, zip lines are only 2 times

The ambiance is relaxed and family friendly. Great staff. Luis in front bar was amazing … Jesus as we arrived treated us amazing again as he did before with all the help we needed. Waiters always there to take care of you. Great times thanks crown
