  I can't encourage you to avoid this property enough

  The staff here is incredibly rude unless you are holding money in front of them. No one will give you change for large bills. This lead to several staff members extorting us in order to get change (eg. I'll give you 4 100 peso notes for 1 500 perso note). At one point my son's bed broke and a sharp metal piece was sticking out that could easily hurt him. We had to ask repeatedly for it to be fixed. The bathroom was full of mould. The rooms did not look as advertised. One pool was out of order our entire stay. We were "accidentally" checked out of our room 3 times, meaning we had to spend excessive amounts of time at the front desk being ignored and berated by the staff, as though it was our fault our keys didn't work anymore. The kids paradise staff were good. The theater shows were good. The food is what you expect. Three of us were incredibly I'll for about 24 hours. The beach is amazing, but stay at a better resort and you'll still have the amazing beach.

  Amazong holidays

  The karaoke night was amazing, my daughter love it, she sang with the entertaiment guys, Gonzalo, Karla and Fernanda are the best, they are so fun and kind.

  Hotel that don't care about returning guests

  We have been coming back to this hotel for the last 7 years ( this is our last time) especially the way we have been treated we have been at the hotel for just over 2 weeks and another week to go ... we complained about the television in the room had broken down just showing a blue screen when we first moved into the room but we had to except it for nearly 2 weeks and eventually they changed the television for a new one but then they didn't convert the new one to English only day before yesterday they actually changed the settings for us to watch it in our language which is a great result actually because we had to go into the 8th floor bar to watch the television in there but we couldn't higher the volume because we were told off for doing so the other thing is trying to actually get a coffee machine in the room which there should have been one there in the first place and only now after 2 weeks we got one woww only because I nagged for one over the last 2 weeks so this will definitely be our last time coming to this hotel i thought they would appreciate loyal customers but I thought wrong !! The hotel as got a large television in the 8th floor bar i don't know what it is there for if people can't watch it while having a drink up there because the bar staff prefer loud music not people watching television which i definitely think is odd !!

  Room Service Questioned The Quantity I Ordered ?

  There isn’t a Room Service Menu in the room. Room service takes 45 minutes or less to arrive from the time of ordering. I found it off putting the person who took my order Questioned How many people are staying in the room. He misunderstood my order quantity and thought I asked for 3 Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Bagels. And so what if I did want 3! The portions are small. When the order arrived these were mini bagels. I didn’t like his question of the amount. I am glad it was clarified and corrected and nothing went to waste but he could have repeated the quality back from my order and the mistake would have been politely corrected. Besides I may have wanted 3 to eat later or I could have a healthy appetite. I don’t like to complain but proper etiquette goes a long way considering what I paid for all inclusive. My overall review is room service is great and the food is pretty good. Small portions are nothing to question. I am a small female weighing 115lbs lol I’m not going to break the food bank any time soon. This is a 3 Star Resort. The servers and workers are absolutely 5 Star! If you want something delicious order The Spinach and warm Goat Cheese Salad. Excellent!

  Great Young Family Experience

  Super resort for young families. Very clean pools/rooms and common grounds. A large carte restaurants were very good. Lots for young children to do besides the obvious pool time. Super staff.
