    Convenient location to the airport with a short drive, small pool with limited shade but clean. Rooms are dated and need renovation, elevators are slow and sometimes don't work, hot water is limited, and air conditioning is average at best. Reservations are required for specialty restaurants and system is overloaded most mornings causing difficulty to get a reservation. TIIP: use room number and first initial of last name and DO NOT translate to english. This will quicken the search and have opportunity to get into a restaurant. Food is pretty good with Paradise being the best. Another Tip: Ask for bacon at the egg station, as it is not out on the buffet line nor is the ice cream during lunch which needs to be requested from server. This is the only place we have stayed that limits the food on a buffet. Restaurants are quiet but loud in the buffet/pool area. This is truly a 'one and done' for us.....PV is beautiful but this place needs too much work.

    Please try to keep the food at the buffet at a hotter temperature. The service was very good and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Not great, stayed at a lot better resorts

    Building is not in great shape, needs many repairs. Things are literally falling apart in shower, bathroom faucet, bathroom door. Buffet has a lot to be desired, no hot food ever. Restaurant reservations are a nightmare and a joke. On the plus side, staff were very friendly and helpful.
