    Best beach on the coast!

    Positives We went on holiday to celebrate our engagement and they made a real fuss of us which we appreciated! The hotel itself is really special - colourful & unique, with beautiful gardens and of course the best beach on the coast! This is really the biggest draw to the hotel, we saw so much marine life everyday, even seeing a turtle right outside the hotel. The rooms were great and kept clean throughout our stay. It’s a lovely touch having the option of the water taxi to go and explore the other hotels if you fancy a change. Overall we thought the food was good at our hotel so would have just preferred more variety (see below) Considerations The food options could be abit hit and miss, for example the Hightide restaurant was our favourite but wasn’t open enough through our stay, and for 4 days the main restaurant used the ‘pool bar’ menu which we felt was abit lazy. Sometimes we found there was miscommunication between staff and inconsistencies with what was on the weeks agenda to then what was available The pigeons need to be controlled more in the main restaurant as it feels unhygienic having those so close to food We did go in low season but we felt the entertainment through the day and evenings could be improved as there wasn’t much atmosphere in the evenings because of this. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, just a few tweaks would make it perfect!

    Amazing holiday, thank you Crystal Cove!

    This was our 6th stay at Crystal Cove and the first since the refurbishment. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were back at home. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel special. The food, although only one restaurant open each day, was great. I am quite a fussy eater but there was always something that I enjoyed. The beach is amazing and great snorkeling right from the beach. Our room was perfect with fab views of the sea, snacks, drinks and even a bottle of fizz on arrival. Our only regret is that we didnt book longer! We will be back :)

    A bit disappointed for our expectations for our family

    This property has just been renovated it looks great but the basic service and food is not great pool service for drinks and food non existent for a hotel of this standard this place could be so much better as it offers dine around service which sounds great but when you try to book anywhere good luck as we went to the tamarind and it was embarrassing they just didn’t want to serve our family of 7 people so overall we will not be rushing back

    An amazing stay at Crystal Cove

    My stay at The Crystal Cove for my birthday was nothing short of spectacular. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone was super friendly & nice. They all went the extra mile to ensure I had an amazing birthday. The food & drinks were great. They took such great care of me & my mum. Special shout-out to Antonio, Kevin, Johnathan & Charlene at the front desk. Anthony in pastry. Shariean from the bar. Delores, Racquel, Shelly, Kathy-Ann, Dani, Patra, Tanya & Hazel. All from the restaurant. Also the two guys from water sports (sorry I forgot to get their names) everyone was superb & I can’t wait to be back.

    Paradise!!

    Crystal cove has been amazing!! As soon as we arrived we had a warm welcome from the staff and this has continued throughout. The staff care for you throughout your stay and are the friendliest you could ask for! The rooms were gorgeous, the staff allowed for us to have a late check out and the bar was always entertaining with the staff giving lots of recommendations about what to do around the island. A big shout out to Charlene, Antonio, Delores, Lisa, tayesha, Kevin, and Crystal who went above and beyond, all the staff were incredible ! We will be back for sure! The location, beach, pools and rooms were perfect! We had no issues with cleanliness and the staff always brought an amazing atmosphere. Thank you Crystal cove
