    Just OK

    Small immaculate property. Right on the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided. No pool. close to restaurants. Room was small but clean. Calling it "breakfast" is very kind. I guess if you just want something in your stomach it will do. I guess this is cheap for Maui!

    Definitely recommend

    Hotel rooms are small but immaculately clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Literally steps from a nice beach and they provide beach towels and beach chairs. No noise issues. The grounds are nicely maintained and landscaped. I can’t imagine doing much better at this price point. I would definitely recommend it.

    Short stay motel.

    The room was clean and provided a microwave plus coffee making facilities. Fairly well located with places nearby to dine out. Not entirely happy with location but okay.

    Check your bill before leaving this property!!

    The reason for the low rating is due to refusing to correct inaccurate/fraudulent charges on my bill. When I checked out I was told all was fine and the hotel would email a copy of my bill. After arriving back to our home on Ohau I noticed at the bottom of the bill was a $50 charge for beach towels. My wife and I are older and didn’t see, or use any beach towels as we didn’t go to the beach. We drove the road to Hana one day and went up on Haleakalā the second day. I have called the hotel multiple times over a period of a week and get the same response every time, “we will have to get with the boss and call you back”. I’m not expecting a call, just giving the hotel $50 for nothing. The “ breakfast” is a small, packaged danish and two types of cereal. On the positive side, the room though small, was very clean.

    Great stay

    Highly recommended. Quiet. Rooms were very clean. Had all amenities. Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was provided.
