    If you want clean, very basic accommodations, on the water, this is your place.

    This property is very clean, right on the water. There are no amenities at all except beach chairs and towels in the room, along with a coffeemaker and ice bucket. The rooms are tiny. There is insufficient storage for two people packed for a one week stay. I kept everything in my luggage except for necessary meds, toothbrush, etc. There is a small cabinet for storage under the bathroom sink. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. If you are traveling alone or pack light, you would have no problem with the tiny space. We really had no complaints. We never partook of the continental breakfast; we went to Fred's down the street most days. It rained during much of our stay, so we never got on the beach, but we enjoyed our partial ocean view and the peaceful sound of the waves.

    Loved the location. No frills little hotel but right on the beach.

    Location is great. Beach steps away— also great. Room was small but clean. No frills but nice staff and on the sand. The primary reason we chose this little place.

    Perfect location

    I had a great time at this hotel I went for a race and the bed was so comfortable perfect night of sleep to get ready for the marathon. The beach was perfect too love the service. Perfect place to see the sunset. Thank you

    Beautiful property and great location.

    The location was a short walk to a sandy beach. Great sunsets. Close drive to a variety of restaurants. The free continental breakfast was good. Coffee and sweet rolls were well stocked. The property was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. All staff were super friendly. Room was comfortable and big enough for the price.

    Just OK

    Small immaculate property. Right on the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided. No pool. close to restaurants. Room was small but clean. Calling it "breakfast" is very kind. I guess if you just want something in your stomach it will do. I guess this is cheap for Maui!
