Absolutely amazing place. 3 star establishment with a character that is beyond 5 star! Will definitely be booking again. The staff are more than helpful. They go above and beyond. You are onnthebstrip where you can find everything until anytime of the day evening morning. Well worth every penny. Not forgetting.....the food in the hotel .....helllllloe......amazing! See you later this year!!!

Deja Resort
My stay Deja was a short but lovely stay. I was pleased with guest service taking my bags to and from my room. I was absolutely impressed by dinning attendant Crystal. She made sure I was very comfortable by keeping my table clean of unused plates and provided my request drinks. She asked me was I pleased with my meal. YES! Crystal is a great asset and ambassador to Deja Resort. Please let her know that I loved her hospitality.

Felt Right At Home
I really enjoyed the vibe here. It's a really cozy place, with plenty of all inclusive benefits. A great bar, and the snack cafe had plenty treats like ice cream and pastries. The poolside grille had burgers and jerked chicken. My room was clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The customer service was great by everyone from arrival until departure. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm greeting and customer service I received from Crystal, the hostess that greeted and seated me in the restaurant. I will be staying here again, soon...

5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! BIG BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! THANKS TO MS. DALIA & STAFF!!!
Hi Ms Dahlia: It's J & E and here is the 5 star review you and your staff are so deserving of. While Deja is proclaimed a three star resort, it offers a 5 star experience, and so much bang for your buck. As soon as you clear customs, Deja is located only 5 minutes from the airport. The Hotel and staff have a family/team vibe and they make you feel so welcome to Montego Bay. Ms. Dahlia is the Manager but can be seen "rolling up her own sleeves" and helping out all over the resort. Amanda and Jonathan are so personable and cheerful and will welcome you at a quick and easy check in at the front desk. Deja is located in the heart of the “Hip Strip”. As soon as you check in, You feel submerged in Jamaica’s rich culture, Raquel and Omar will mix you great drinks at the bar. At the Restaurant Buffet, Marie is a great hostess. Dexter and Curline cheerfully prepare amazing omelettes for you each morning. Deborah, Rashune and all the servers are so pleasant and attentive. The all inclusive package features an in-house Jamaican chef, cooking up tasty local dishes. The restaurant even has a Waterfall and makes you feel like you're in the Jamaican Rainforest. The outside Grill near the pool serves jerk chicken, burgs, and amazing saltfish fritters! Allison kept our room super clean. We had Rooms 105 and 205 that each had a balcony with Montego Bay ocean views!!! The bathrooms are a bit tired but totally passable. A bit of paint would do magic. Same goes for the Pool, which we didn't use. New liners and some tiles would make the Pool pop. Moving from talking about the Deja resort and Food, we have to tell you about the Beach. The world famous Doctor’s Cave Beach (rated the best beach in Jamaica) is right across the street and Deja provides you with daily Free Admission passes and towels. Doctor's Cave Beach is simply stunning!!! So book Deja confidently with realistic expectations - knowing that it's a 3 star that will serve up a 5 star experience. Be friendly to the hard working staff that want you to be happy, and they will be friendly right back to you! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you again to Ms Dalia and your wonderful staff!

I love Deja Resort
All the staff were wonderful and the food was great special shout out to my girls Loretta and Abeo they really made my stay fun and exciting and Raquel and Kenny were awesome as well. My room was great and I love the pool and the beach right across the road ❤️❤️
