It was for my 50th Birthday. Once everyone knew that it was my birthday they let others know. They celebrated me. No one forgot and they made each moment special. Kenny, KeVon, Peter, Stretch, and the hotel Manager Dahlia Walker are amazing people. There were others but I can't remember the names. Very accommodating and the hospitality is unmatched. My husband and I were there for 5 days. Just got home February 2nd 2026. We will definitely return!

The hotel is a lovely hotel the staff are very friendly and aim to please,the manager welcome her guests aiming to please if there a issue she's makes it her point if duty to sort it out the room are nice the food is good just the chief needs to be careful with salt as guests could have dietary needs I would would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Best Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026
My beautiful Deja family. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Deja Resort to anyone looking for a low cost and friendly accommodation in Montego Bay. This is truly the place to be. A Home away from Home Resort. From the moment I entered the lobby of this family run hotel I was made to feel as if I had arrived home to my family and friends. The welcome was warm and friendly. Just what was needed after a long flight. Beautiful front desk team. Reception Team. Big up yourselves. After check-in my luggages was taken to a very bright clean and spacious room by a very friendly porter. The ensuite bathroom was also very clean. Overall the rooms could do with some updating. On my first full day I entered the restaurant and was greeted by a very friendly and warm and happy dining room team. Each day my welcome got friendlier and friendlier with hugs and kisses at breakfast lunch and dinner. Dining Room Team. Big up yourselves. You all know who you are. The food was prepared by a group of friendly young and fantastic professional chefs both male and female. Tuesday nights were themed as Jamaica Night which was enjoyed by all guests of all different nationalities On offer were oxtail curry goat freshly fried fish to name but a few of the dishes. The food was phenomenal. Authentic Jamaican cuisine. Deja even boasted an Italian Restaurant. For me it wasn't bad but could be better. Chefs. Big up yourselves. You all know who you are. The entertainment team was fantastic. Funny energetic. All guests were encouraged to take part in all events. Especially on karaoke and bingo nights the proceeds of which goes to children charity. Entertainment team. Big up yourselves. You all know who you are The alcohol flowed generously served by another set of brilliant people. Bar Team. Big up yourselves. You all know who you are. There is so much more to be said about this wonderful Family Run Resort owned by the Russell family and managed by an exceptional Operations Manager Ms Dahlia Walker. Guys thank you all for making my 3 weeks holiday felt like 3 months home away from home.

Best Deal in Montego Bay
The staff were amazing Ashley at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with a great big smile. She is a true asset to the hotel, The hotel is dated but clean and the room has all the necessities. Wish they had a view and less noise. I still think it is the best deal in Montego Bay. The food is just Ok but for the price its is great,

Our annual family fun trip to Jamaica at the Deja Resort located on the hip strip five minutes away from the airport
Hi my name is Renee Morrison, aka, Gaza Angel. We’ve been returning to Deja Resort in Montego Bay on the Hip Strip since 2017, to present, and the warm, attentive hospitality remains the standout. The staff are friendly, caring, and go out of their way to ensure guests are happy, true Jamaica vibes. The location is fantastic for a relaxed, easy getaway. From our stay spanning 2017 through this most recent visit (Dec 21, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026), the service and atmosphere have continued to impress. Overall, Deja Resort remains a family favorite, and we look forward to more wonderful stays ahead. The team is amazing, and that keeps us coming back.
