    Another great Disney stay

    My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in the Toy Story building. The standard rooms have everything you need for a stay if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the rooms. The room was clean and had solid Disney theming. The pools were nice and well themed as well. The food court was average and had your typical Disney quick service offerings. My kids loved the over the top theming of the buildings at this resort. While not my favorite Disney resort, I don’t have any complaints and would stay here again.

    Great Disney brand budget option for a comfortable well equipped stay

    For the budget range at Disney this hotel provided everything we needed. Large room for 2 adults and 2 small children, pool open long hours. Plenty of plugs for charging devices, quiet air con and quiet rooms. It only missed a hanging cable across the bath. Paid laundry on site and we'll kept grounds. We would happily stay again.

    Always a great stay at the ASM

    We love the all star resorts! The location is great, the car parking is easy access to your room, the housekeeping is spotless and the pools have quiet zones. We recently stayed in the AKL savanna room and it wasn’t what I expected at all! There was music … pitbull blasting from the pool which we thought would be relaxing! Turns out the all star is more relaxing! The rooms are basic but so is AKL with 1 extra being a small 2 seater dining table. The all star has a bath too!

    Awful

    This only has one star because of the lovely staff in reception. The hotel is absolutely awful. The room was dark, dingy, depressing and unfit for a family of four. The food court offers dreadful food. We transferred to another Disney hotel after an hour. Anyone happy with this hotel must have very low expectations.

    A good basic hotel as a base for Disney parks

    We got a "preferred room" which was adequate and great value for money (being a third of the price of a Deluxe Disney Resort that we stayed at the previous week). It was a bit basic and the lack of a kettle and USB-C port did let it down as these are usually a given in any modern hotel! It made it very hard to make baby food etc. The housekeeping was hit and miss and the bed was never changed. The pool is good. If you just want a base to visit Disney Resorts it is very good. There are free buses very regularly. The staff are excellent. I dealt with a girl called "Journey" on reception who was amazing and gave so mad helpful tips about Disney. The food onsite is cheap (for Disney prices) and is of decent quality too. I would stay again.
