Magical Stay.
Excellent stay! We booked a small Little Mermaid room & got upgraded to a Lion King Suite. It was fantastic to have two bathrooms and lots of space. Pool was a little crowded. Skyliner makes trips to HS and Epcot a breeze.

Not Disney Magic
We were there when the hotel was at capacity from the previous day. Check-in is 3pm, but our room was not ready until nearly 4pm. After discussing my frustration with the check-in, we were given a credit. We stayed in the Little Mermaid section which apparently is the cheaper in this overpriced hotel. We had conflicting statements from staff about a wheelchair, which some said was available others said that they are not. Surely, the staff knows the answer to this simple question. Our room was clean, but I have stayed at larger Super 8's. The bathroom was very small. We had food delivery and the next day it was frozen in the refrigerator. A microwave would have been nice. It is definitely not a hotel for senior citizens with walking difficulties.

Magical hotel
Stayed here as a family of 5 for our first visit to Florida. Stayed in a lion king suite. Great amenities and location. Grounds were lovely. Only negatives for us we would prefer more drawer space for clothes. Restaurant was quite busy at times but no real issue. Would definitely stay again.

Only Value Resort I would stay at
My family and I have stayed at Art of Animation twice. The first time in 2019 in The Lion King Suites and this past November in The Cars Suites. Both times no complaints. We love the food court and access to the skyliner. Only 4 stars because we have started staying at more deluxe Disney hotels and they just have nicer perks.

Magical Cars Suite- Theming on Point
We will be back! Our second time staying here and we loved it. This time we stayed in a Cars Suite and the theming throughout the room and the resort was so fun! Plenty of room for 6 of us. The table/bed was surprisingly very comfortable. It made getting up and getting ready so much easier with two bathrooms and having two TV's was an extra plus. We stay here for the option of having a microwave and fridge for my son who has Autism and is a picky eater. But we will definitely stay here again. Such a magical experience! Loved being so close to the parks, my husband went back and forth throughout our visit. We only took the Skyliner once but it was not busy and we were able to get back to the hotel pretty quickly from Hollywood Studios.
