  Worst Disney World Resort

  Have been to Disney several times. Stayed at a variety of resorts. This was by far the worst we stayed at. The food court was awful. Good Selection Poor. Quick serve place was also poor with a very small selection. First resort we stayed out that the cast members did not bend over backwards to make your stay exceptional. Many were rude or just appeared lazy. Pool only had one f sad life open. Pool appears large but it really is small once you get inside and see the actual size. Location was good. Skylines was great for Epcot and Hollywood. The resort just didn’t give you the wow Disney experience Rooms old very few of the outlets could even hold a charging plug I would recommend Art of Animation, Port Orleans , Carlatta Springs, if your military Shades of green over this resort. This resort is not worth the money it will cost you

  Dreadful experience. No disney magic.

  Lovely location and the staff in the food area were awesome. Loved the sky liner. However we had some awful experiences with the room that didn't become apparent until.the end of the stay. The 1st was that we had been bitten by bed bugs and this was only identified when returned to the UK. The 2nd issue was the discusting state of the room. When we arrived it looked clean on the surface it was only when we went to pack to leave the horror became real. With dirt and other guests dirty close stuffed in the back of draws and under the beds. We have photos. We complained when we got back home. But Walt Disney resorts thi k this is acceptable and won't do anything about it. We are currently going through ABTA . But very disappointed that our 10k holiday ended like it did. They said they would test the room for bed bugs. However this was only done 2 weeks ago so many weeks after we returned home. The customer service staff realy couldn't have cared less

  Perfect for Families — The Skyliner Location Made Our EPCOT Weekend!

  We stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort for two nights and really enjoyed our stay! This is a very large resort, but I think it’s a great choice for families, especially if EPCOT and Hollywood Studios are a priority during your Disney vacation. For us, the biggest advantage was the Disney Skyliner. Our main reason for this trip was to enjoy EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival, dinner at Le Cellier, and see MercyMe perform at Eat to the Beat, so having convenient Skyliner access was perfect. We stayed in Room 3635 on the second floor of Building 36 in the Trinidad section, and we loved the location. It was a beautiful walk to the Skyliner and took us less than five minutes to get there. Being able to walk out of our room and be on our way to EPCOT so quickly was one of the highlights of staying here. Another HUGE win was having the Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea stand right by the Skyliner station! Being able to grab a coffee or one of their yummy donuts before boarding the Skyliner was such a nice perk. And definitely try the frozen cappuccino — it was AMAZING! ☕️ Our original room/location wasn’t ready when we arrived, but check-in was a breeze. The Cast Member provided wonderful customer service and did everything possible to get us into a room as close to the Skyliner as possible since they knew that was important to us. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short stay. One very important thing to know before booking: none of the guest-room buildings at Caribbean Beach Resort have elevators. The buildings are two stories, and second-floor rooms are accessed by stairs. If stairs are difficult for anyone in your party, I would definitely request a ground-floor room. The resort itself is also very large and spread out, so choosing the right room location can make a big difference depending on what is most important to your family. We also really enjoyed the food at the resort’s main quick-service location. I had a little disappointment when the frozen piña colada machine wasn’t working, but the customer service was fantastic. They even gave me a complimentary cheesecake to make up for it! It was such a simple gesture, but those little moments of great Disney service really stand out. We used the pool closest to our Trinidad location and really enjoyed it as well. Disney provides bus transportation throughout the resort and to the parks, but for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, having the Skyliner is a huge plus. Overall, Caribbean Beach Resort was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and extremely convenient for the Disney weekend we had planned. I would definitely stay here again, particularly for a trip centered around EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. My biggest tip is to pay attention to your room location when staying here. Being in Trinidad, less than a five-minute walk from the Skyliner — with Joffrey’s waiting for us along the way — made our stay even better!

  Top Disney Resort Location

  I love Caribbean Beach Resort and recommend it for anyone looking to go to Disney and wants to be centrally located at a beautiful resort and amazing Skyliner access. The island vibe is so fun and welcoming and feels like you’re in another world. The rooms are decently big and the newer renovations make it even better. Skyliner access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is the best, but the buses are a little more crowded and annoying given there are so many bus stops for such a large resort. Other than that the Market is wonderful and the tiki bar is fun!

  Excellent family stay

  Disney Caribbean Beach Resort is in an excellent location. We stayed in the Trinidad section which is a short walk from a central skyliner stop, and has its own little cafe, pool, and bus stop to go to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The area of our room was very quiet, and the rooms had an excellent design with Murphy beds which made the room spacious during the day. what would I improve in the room? 1) Pillows which were not comfortable 2) the barn style doors would not close all the way (it wasn't a huge deal though) 3) better in-resort transportation as the bus takes a very long time (I think it needs to be more golf carts available) 4) Although it was clean, cleaning staff did not clean our room on a daily basis (to get trash, etc). I loved the food in the dining area in Port Royale and being close to the bus stop and the skyliner. The main pool was excellent and the kids really loved it.
