Joel, Julio, Sandra beach and pool crew were excellent. Bartenders and waitresses JR, Julie,Dino,Estrella,Rizqua,Aengy, Ronald, Danny and Geo were excellent. Jesus who works in concierge was excellent and very helpful. A+ to all of these staff members.

Very happy with our stay at the updated Phoenix tower
Finally made our way to the Phoenix after being super satisfied Divi Village members since our honeymoon in 98. Wow. Our now adult kids “went nuts” again and the facilities, the vibe and the beach were great. If you stand at the elbow between floors at the fire escape (exterior stairs) easily accessed in front of the elevators on every floor, you can catch the sunrise. I’m only mentioning that because the views of the sunsets from the terrace of your room are amazing. The rooms have been updated and they’re super functional and we were delighted when we walked in (after being delighted with the updates at the Village btw - they’re working on the Divi Golf now). All in all a fantastic week. The hotel strip is steps away (you‘ll get your daily 10000 steps EASY and love it) so my habit of renting a car for the week was kinda pointless (you can rent a car from the lobby on a day rate, which we’ll do next we’re there). All Divi Aruba properties are great along with their beaches. The beach front at the Phoenix kinda reminded us of Baby Beach because it’s very calm and not at all deep. Great location for families with kids of all ages, like pretty much all of Aruba.

My overall experience was great. Now, all daily specials are dine in only. And if you can't finish it, you can't get a take out box. The only place to see this new change is on the monthly activity sheet. So ask for the activity sheet when you check in. Just a heads up

Beautiful beach front with great service.
We have been regulars at Divi Phoenix in Aruba. We love the beautiful beach front and Julio provides us great service setting us up on the beach. He is very friendly and checks on you thought out the day. The service people are friendly and it is an awesome for family friendly location. We will continue to come back to the Divi Phoenix.

Amazing resort.
We absolutely love the Divi pheonix. This was our 7th time staying there. We love the private beach area. Julio is amazing. He is there promptly waiting to assist you with finding a palapa and bringing lounge chairs to you. The pools are clean, and the swim up bar is another favorite. Lots of food options as well.
