We had an amazing 2 weeks at the Divi Phoenix. Julio greeted us each day on the beach with a smile. He made sure we had everything we needed for the day. He took pride in his work and made each day special. Can’t wait to go back next year! It’s our home away from home! Thank you, Julio!

We keep coming back
Love love this place! Everyone is friendly and attentive. It is a part of our available time share but it makes us feel welcome and is so close to the hotels with restaurants and casinos nearby. We’ve been here many many times!

Great vacation
Another great vacation at the Divi Phoenix. Staff were always friendly & helpful, especially Sandra at the towel hut & Julio of the pool/beach staff. The facilities and rooms were clean maintained well. The food & beverage staff also do a great job. The food prep and presentation at the PureOcean restaurant was not as good as the previous couple of years

Another wonderful experience at the Divi Phoenix because of the employees that work there! Julio, the beach/pool attendant was always attentive to our needs - getting beach chairs, stopping to chat and rescuing runaway water floats! 🙂 Thank you for all that you do to make our vacation as comfortable as possible!
