Oct 26, 2026My Divi Phoenix Experience
The Divi Phoenix is our go-to place. There is a special team there that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Everyone is so pleasant and happy and accommodating, from the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff they all do an excellent job. The front desk to the bellman, they always greet you with a smile and take the time out to help you. The pool attendants go out of their way keeping the pools clean from early morning to late evening they are on the job. This team as a whole is a great team and it's all because of the GM and her mangers that make the Divi Phoenix the place it is today!

Opportunities to make a nice resort even better!
We have visited Aruba yearly since 1995.. this was our first time staying at Divi Phoenix. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The room we stayed in was perfect.. spacious and had everything needed for an 11 day stay. The restaurants on the Divi resort are very good. We ate here most days for breakfast & lunch. What could be improved is the wifi. Worked well in the room however no where else on the property. Shade is a commodity around the pool and there is opportunity for improvement here such as adding umbrellas in weighted stands where there are no palapas. This area is also very crowded and I witnessed a lot of frustration from guests as palapas & chairs are saved over night by guests who do not show up until after noon the next day leaving these chairs & palapas empty for hours! The Divi Phoenix fail to enforce their own written policies in this topic. I read many reviews citing friendly staff. While pleasantries are exchanged between staff we encountered, ie hello, good morning, which I expect & do not consider extraordinary, this is however the first resort where I encountered so many staff avoiding eye contact followed by no acknowledgement when passing by on walkways & in hallways. 🤷♀️

Great resort
Great resort. ,,,,,,',,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!Staff at the beach are awesome. Really nice people. Rooms are very nice. I like having a kitchen so I can make my coffee and breakfast.

We have been coming to Aruba for past 40 years and because of the people of Aruba and divi resort everyone treats us like family.
