We had a great experience at the hotel !! And a special shout out to our bartender Juicy, she was the best and kept us entertained all week long.

Sep 20, 2026Front desk ruined experience
Staff great except Front desk Elyssa, Martinez - mgr, Alyssa Ford and F&B Mgr Liz Joseph. We made the trip fun even though it was not portrayed correctly on website. Even in the review it mentions the Italian restaurant that doesn't exist. Resort lacks entertainment and welcoming atmosphere! Definitely would not have been my first or third choice had i known the truth
