Coud have been better with the staff

The staff at the conciergerie needs to be more attentive to the customers. The check out was much below expectations.

  Aruba is Paradise

Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort was amazing! It was our first time staying in Aruba and since we left, we haven’t stopped talking about the next time we will be back! This resort was well kept, clean, friendly, delicious food, safe and relaxing! We unexpectedly had an ocean view room, which was an added bonus. The pools were amazing, drinks at the pool bars were delicious! Frankie and Gregorio were the best at the Seabreeze, so friendly and kind! The Beach Bar across from our hotel was awesome too, beachfront breakfast and lunch multiple times! We did not do the all inclusive option and were fine with that- it was good value for what we received and there are soooo many options/restaurants/activities to chose from around Aruba, it’s nice to have the option to see what else is around, and we sure did. Cab rides were easy. We visited several different restaurants. It’s amazing in Aruba. It’s Paradise. We can’t wait to be back!!

  Spring getaway.

Great stay! Beautiful huge renovated room. Can’t wait to come back! We opted not to do all inclusive so we could get out and see the island a little more, great choice.

Worst experience ever Divi Golf resort Aruba

Our experience at **Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort in Aruba** was extremely disappointing and far below the standards one should reasonably expect from a resort at this price level\. **The entire property feels seriously outdated, tired and in desperate need of major renovation\.** The accommodations show clear signs of age and inadequate maintenance\. Even more concerning were the persistent dampness and unpleasant musty smells we experienced in the rooms\. These conditions made our stay uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the overall standard of upkeep\. However, what made this experience truly unacceptable was **the complete lack of response and professionalism from the resort staff**\. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, we received no meaningful assistance, no satisfactory explanation and, most importantly, no solution\. For a resort operating in a premium Caribbean holiday destination like Aruba, this level of accommodation and customer service is simply unacceptable\. **The biggest disappointment is not just the condition of the property, but the apparent lack of management accountability\.** Facilities can become outdated over time, but ignoring legitimate guest complaints demonstrates a much deeper problem with hospitality standards\. Aruba is a beautiful destination with many accommodation options, and visitors deserve far better than what we experienced here\. **My advice to prospective guests: Think twice before booking this resort\.** Do not be misled by attractive promotional photographs\. Our actual experience was very different from the expectations created\. **Final verdict: A seriously disappointing resort that urgently needs renovation, better maintenance and a complete rethink of its approach to customer service\.** We would absolutely not return and cannot recommend this property in its current condition\. **One star – and only because Tripadvisor does not allow zero\.**
