    Coa is from the language of Puerto Rico’s indigenous Caribbean people, the Taino. A wooden tool fashioned for harvest, the Coa enabled the development of agriculture on the island. Taking its connection to the harvest, Coa speaks to the local ingredients that make their way into the kitchen and onto the plates in the restaurant – farm to table in the most traditional sense. Breakfast is served daily. Dinner is available Tuesday to Saturday.
