We stayed here one night post cruise. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious accessible room. Pleasant staff. Good location. We had a nice breakfast in their restaurant, Trees. Would recommend.

This place needs a serious remodel! Arm fell off chair, bathroom door doesn’t lock, tv didn’t plug in..cockroach in towels.. it’s just tired but the Staff is Great!

The staff is fantastic! Kim from the front desk was kind and accommodating. The valet staff are all first-rate. I will continue to revisit it time and time again.

Great customer service and pleasant experience
Excellent service from my initial entry by the valet followed by the front desk receptionist Kim. Attentive, kind and respectful are a few words that come to mind. Much Mahalo.
