  Not worth the money

  We weren’t not made aware of construction and that’s all that was seen from our balcony view. They were painting walls right outside ohr room. The food was disgusting,specially the breakfast.

  Such a great resort, with a great pickleball court area

  Our second time here. We love this resort soo much. It was even better the second time. Played pickleball a few days and Raphael the pickleball coach was soo warm and wonderful, and such a great person to have on staff. Helped all the players that came by and had very friendly instruction for the new players. We will be back 100%

  Beautiful Hotel!

  .What an amazing family vacation! Beautiful hotel, delicious food, and outstanding service! Our two kids under 4 absolutely loved the kids’ pool area—we could hardly get them out of the water! The room service and housekeeping teams were fantastic, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I had a blast, too, with plenty of great food and drinks to enjoy! September was hot and humid, but absolutely worth it. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back!

  A Good Stay with Just a Few Minor Drawbacks

  Overall, I would recommend this resort. It’s about **40–45 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport**, but from the moment we arrived the staff was extremely attentive. They took our bags, got us checked in quickly, and made us feel very welcome. A couple of things to note (not necessarily positives or negatives): **The resort is very large.** If you're traveling with young children, I highly recommend bringing a stroller. I was averaging around **8,000 steps a day** just walking around the property. Because of the size, it can also be a little difficult to navigate at first. I’d recommend asking a staff member to walk you to the water park or other pool areas the first time so you can get your bearings. **It truly caters to both families and adults.** If you're looking for an adults-only atmosphere, just know you'll definitely be around families. On the flip side, if you're traveling with kids and expecting a Disney-esque level of family entertainment, I wouldn't necessarily say this is that type of resort. The water park is excellent—it's spacious and has good food options nearby. There are also a few smaller pool areas closer to the beach that are fun for kids, but beyond that, there aren't a lot of dedicated family activities. The only real disappointment for us was the **restaurant availability**. We arrived around **3:00 p.m. on Tuesday**, and several restaurants were closed that evening. We had been looking forward to trying one in particular, so our only real option ended up being room service. The room service was very good, but it wasn't the arrival experience we had envisioned. I also found the restaurant hours a little confusing and not especially family-friendly. Overall, I realize some of these comments are fairly minor. We had a great trip, felt very safe throughout our stay, and found it to be a high-quality resort. I would absolutely recommend it, especially if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with a good mix of amenities.
