    Master preferred FTW

    10/14/26 I was moved from the Secrets property next door to a wonderful room on the Dreams side of the property where everything is modern and new with no construction. My room is quiet, I can hear the ocean, and the beach is clean and beautiful. The employees have been extremely gracious and have been going out of their way to make sure I am having a relaxing vacation. Salvador has made every moment that we are here pleasant and anticipates all of our needs.

    Blue Water Grill Cozumel

    We recently returned from a trip to the Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa. One of the highlights of our visit was having the opportunity to dine at the Bluewater Grill. The supervisor Rosanna coordinated her staff to perfection and waiters Angel, Francisco and Luis worked to address our individual needs. Our Hostess , Barbara was superb and an angel in disguise for us. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and all of our dining requests were met. She even coordinated an anniversary dinner for us that was a total surprise for us. A total pleasure for our stay while there.

    Dreams is new and fabulous.

    Dreams was just recently updated throughout and it looked great. It is really, really close to the water and the snorkeling from the beach was awesome! It is not a large property so all rooms are incredibly close to the ocean. Every thing looked new. As I went with just my wife and we were very happy to use the Secrets side as the two properties are side by side and not to large by themselves. Being able to use all restaurants/bars/pools and services of both properties was big win. We went in early September and the census was very low so we got a great deal on an upgrade to a room with a swim up right on the beach! I enjoy smaller properties with less people so it was a big win for me. A few services were closed with the low census but it was worth the trade off. I can not tell you enough how great the snorkeling off the beach was and that was one of the main reasons I selected this location, it was great. Overall the staff was very helpful. The Dreams side was in great shape. When I did visit the Secrets side it paled in comparison and meet many people on that side that had to change rooms because of issues. Until they upgrade Secrets I would definitely stay on the Dreams side and just walk over to Secrets as needed. The Secrets side has some pretty amazingly designed pools and many, many swim out rooms so hopefully they upgrade those building soon.

    Exceptional staff, great room, and delicious food.

    ★★★★★ Exceptional 13-Night Stay at Dreams Cozumel My wife and I spent 13 nights at Dreams Cozumel, including the Preferred Club upgrade, and had a wonderful experience. We paid more than $5,400 for our stay and felt the accommodations and exceptional service made it well worth it. Our beautiful 650-plus-square-foot suite included a separate bedroom and living room, both with comfortable furniture and 60-inch smart televisions. The room was well air-conditioned and perfectly situated between the Preferred Club pool and the beachfront. The staff at Bluewater Grill were outstanding. Special thanks to Rosanna, the maître d’, and servers Francisco (mornings), Yurianna, Luis, Clara, and the afternoon Francisco. The hummus and pita tasted homemade, and the bread was amazing—light and airy. The fresh grilled vegetables, lightly prepared with olive oil, were delicious. Breakfast favorites included the avocado toast with poached egg and the French toast. The chefs did an excellent job throughout our stay. Our beach concierges, Salvador and Ivan, checked on us several times each day. When we mentioned to Salvador that our shower door was misaligned and striking the stationary glass, a maintenance crew arrived within five minutes and resolved the problem. When my wife developed a rash, Salvador brought her two stalks of aloe, cut them open in front of us, and recommended applying the gel regularly. His thoughtful advice helped considerably. Angel, the Preferred Club bartender, made a fantastic strawberry mojito and poured a very generous serving of 1800 Añejo tequila. The entertainment staff especially Anna and Jacqueline were incredibly kind and welcoming. They regularly stopped by to tell us about the day’s activities, including Zumba, water polo, the foam dance, NFL opening-game events, and beach volleyball. The daily 11:00 a.m. beach volleyball games were especially fun. The people made this vacation truly memorable. Their warmth, responsiveness, and genuine concern for our comfort exceeded our expectations. We would gladly recommend Dreams Cozumel and look forward to returning!

    Dreamy!

    This resort is completely remodeled and BEAUTIFUL! The service is 5 star. The preferred club is top notch with snacks and cocktails all day. Perfect for couples or family. Convinced this is the best beach in Mexico. No seaweed and crystal clear waters! Don’t hesitate to book! Can’t wait to go back!
