Worse Anniversary ever
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Poor service, resort was dirty and run down, staff had poor attitude not willing to help. Bar tenders were slow would look right through you not fix the drinks you order but something different. Room service took more than 3 hrs and then it was delivered cold and wrong items. Do not recommend visiting this resort.

Great time
Odeisy at Il Mare was amazing as was our butler Randy. We were here one other time and this time was so much better. They took care of everything we needed and gave great advice I could not recommend them more. I was reluctant after our last stay but happy we choose to return.

Do Not Recommend
Sigh, I had higher expectations for this resort. We had a continuously running toilet and dripping shower. We also did not have any washcloths when we arrived and had to almost beg to get them. We requested additional washcloths and was told there wasn't enough available. I was also highly disappointed in the food. The quality was extremely poor and not a good variety of options. The Italian restaurant had the best food of all of the options. On the positive side, the wedding venue was beautiful and the pools were nice. The beach was pretty rocky and small though.

Not a great experience
Bathrooms were not clean; service everywhere was so slow; no vegetarian food; took a million years to even get one coffee; rooms were not clean at all - very basic, asked for ocean view and had a big tree in the middle of the balcony - when asked for help with a taxi - no one was available

Dreams covered just about everything!
Great area and lovely hotel. Especially liked the ocean view room. Staff helpful with taxi service. Entertainment staff top notch. Food was excellent, limited wines though. Lots of fish just off the beach so take your snorkel. There are family activities or its a great place just to hang out.
