Sep 12, 2025Some of the employees that we met two years ago go still there and me and my wife we were very happy to see them again
We got a confrontation with dress code on our dinner in one of the restaurants about my sleeveless shirt when I went to talk to the chief concierge he present he self but when he ask what the problem was and talk over me he was ver unprofessional and he offered me a random ugly long sleeve from the lost and found bin he stated that we should know our dress standards in the USA. When I told him that we’re in MEXICO on our vacation he escalated the situation and tried to “extinguish the fire with gasoline “ And I took he’s name tag picture to keep a record of his name he screamed and said that I can’t break his privacy for what’s happening in his country safety. He was saying that he got so many world wide certificates on guest relations. I don’t think Fernando Segura shouldn’t be in the front representing DREAMS HUATULCO. I was just wondering if is the reason for him to be on a graveyard shift. We run in to a lot of employees from our last trip to dreams and we were so happy to see them again like Rogelio Valle now is one of the restaurant managers and I was so happy that he is getting promoted last time he was a restaurant captain I’ll be back for sure in the future

Sep 06, 2025I'm looking loving our stay here, to bad it coming to and end but for sure we will be back with our family.
We're having an amazing time, filled with relaxation, adventure, shows and fine dining. Our room with Jacuzzi is beautiful everything is functioning. Our waiter Carmelo @ World Class Buffet always gave us exceptional service. He's very pleasant, kind friendly and helpful. He made us feel right at home. He offered various food options and asked if we would like for him to bring them to our table. We of course said yes, and everything he suggested was very tasty and delicious. We were treated like VIP'S. He always greeted us with a smile Our room was kept clean though out our stay be Edith, she kept our room very clean and greeted us with a smile.

We had an amazing time The people at dreams were very accommodating. The staff were amazing. We made new friends and enjoyed our time . We will definitely be back. Thank you for making us feel very welcome and thank you for making us feel like family. Zeke&Janie

Pool Concierge top notch!
Sandy and Alvaro at the pool concierge were very accommodating and generous! Just two of the lovely staff we met. I honestly can’t think of a single reason to complain here. Will be back for sure. Gracias a todos!!

Title: A Wonderful Family Getaway – Service, Cleanliness, and Fun All Around!
From start to finish, our family had a fantastic experience at this resort. The property was impeccably clean, the amenities were exactly as promised and well worth the rate, and the service was truly exceptional. The food overall was very good—some dishes were absolutely worthy of a gastronomic contest, bursting with flavor and creativity, while others were just fine and satisfying. The variety kept things interesting throughout our stay. Special kudos to Banely, Tania, and Felipe at the Mexican restaurant—their service was warm, attentive, and made every meal feel special. And we can’t say enough about the entertainment team: Marina, Paulina, and Mitchel brought so much energy and joy to every activity. They made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, well-run resort with great service and plenty of fun.
