    Dream Huatulco holiday!

    We were in Huatulco (Dreams) from October 30-Nov 8. We enjoyed our stay and had a unique opportunity to participate in the Day of Death festival (Oct 31-Nov2). Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous, and the food is good, especially the Japanese and Italian restaurants. You can save 20% on tours by booking early through Westjet vacations. We especially like the Magic waterfalls and Day of Dead Nov 2. Sandy, the pool concierge, was very helpful.

    Excellent time!!!

    Jesse at the rendezvous bar was e excellent. Her attentiveness to our party was second to none. Highly recommend and great service!!

    Great customer service, lack of premium bottles in specialty restaurants

    Great customer service overall One detail to note is that sharing premium bottles between specialty restaurants delayed the process of the customer getting a drink. This could improve.

    Exceptional Customer Service

    We had an amazing experience with excellent service. The entire staff service was amazing and with much attention. Specifically we had some members who just went above and beyond that we like to give a huge thank you to - Sandy (Pool Concierge), Noe, Isaac & Victor (servers at World Cafe & Hitmisu), Letty & Gesa (UVC Representatives), and Lucia, Antonio & Feliciano (servers at World Cafe). These people were just exceptional customer service and we will simply come back because of them! Thank you Dreams Huatulco for a lovely family week!

    Wonderful welcome and overall stay.

    So much better than expected. Everyone was so lovely. Lots of laughter and chat with the staff made us feel so welcome and valued. This hotel has a great vibe and we will be back
