    Miguel is awesome!!

    Miguel at spice was such a great host and provided a great experience. Professional and have come to this resort multiple times due to the great experience we consistently have with him as well.

    Great Time, Would Definitely Return

    Dreams Jade was wonderful. It was about 30 mins from the airport and when we arrived, they gave us moist towels and champagne and said "Welcome home!" Food options were plentiful and easy to access. Food was very good, the pools were great! The beach was nice, but covered in seaweed. They worked all day to clean it it, but it was always there. I'd definitely go back. They push you a bit to hear a pitch on buying something like a time share, but you can say no thank (as I had to do several times). I'd recommend bringing money for tips, even though it's not required. The workers don't get paid great (I assume), and they really appreciate it. They were really nice, especially Leo & Alberto at the Carnival Buffet!

    Carmen at the Spa was Awsome!

    The Spa was EVERYTHING! Carmen was Amazing. Her Customer service was Top Tier and the Facial and Scrub I got was AWSOME! If you want the Perfect Exfoliation and Facial, Go see Carmen. You will Not be disappointed.

    September 16, 2025. Still here until the end of week. We would like to mention now about the French Restaurant Mercure. It was absolutely delicious and our waiter Antonio Villegas was excellent. I couldn’t make up my decision to either have the salmon or shrimp so he decided to give me both. I thought that was so kind to have suggested that for me. We met his manager Victor in the morning for breakfast and was a very pleasant host. I’m sure I will have more to say about the resort at the end of my week. Thank you again Antonio Villegas from your favorite 3 ladies!

    Spice Restaurant Teppanyaki Grill

    Had an amazing time at the Spice restaurant at Dream Jade. Miguel was such an amazing chef, so funny, enthusiastic and on top of all, the food was Muy delicioso. Would recommend and come back so many times!!!
