Top marks to Dreams Jade for a personalised service!
We chose Dreams Jade for a holiday of rest and relaxation and to aid a health recovery. That being said we also wanted to enjoy some day and evening entertainment. We were not disappointed, in fact this resort offers so much to do and see, without becoming too ‘lively.’ We liked that there were clear rules for pool etiquette and a dress code for dining. Most visitors respected this. We did see staff handling rule expectations with courtesy and sensitivity. The facilities throughout the complex are very good, especially the swimming pools and 24 hour cafe. The entertainment offered diversity and the evening programme was very good, with professional acts and we were lucky enough to participate in their May 6th Celebration. The Mexican culture with plentiful food and drink was a highlight for us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable., with a great range of cold drinks which were topped up daily. The housemaids are a credit to the Management, we thank Rosa for her hard work in making our room so clean and comfortable. The food offer is incredible and the chef and waiting staff were absolutely brilliant. Special thanks to Victor, who accommodated our attempts to speak ‘broken Spanish’ and who always met us with friendliness and professionalism - as did all the waiting staff. Our highlights (in comparison to other holidays) and not marketed in the holiday blurb was the amazing wildlife living in and around the complex. Raccoons, coatis, iguanas and lizards and the most amazing bird life including spectacular birds of prey. The Dreams Jade was an Oasis from within a jungle and coast. However, it was without doubt the Mexican people who staffed the hotel to whom we have to say are the most genuinely friendly and supportive that we have ever had the pleasure to meet. This was absolutely the case when needing (as opposed to wanting) some help with our stay. Carlos, the Butler and reception staff helped to make our holiday one that we will never forget. We received such personalised care and attention that we have never experienced in any other hotel before. Thank you to the Team at Dreams Jade, our holiday was an unforgettable experience because of the people who work so hard to ensure their guests receive the best experience.

Very happy, very big energy. Always willing to go out his way to make sure your day and breakfast started great.
Edwin at the buffet made the start of everyday fantastic. Looked forward to having him as the waiter. Def pay raise for this guy! He always remembered your name, very respectful, went out his way to make sure you had everything you needed for breakfast and could give suggestions of the resort. 5/5 Diamond level!

Good holiday
Enjoyed a 2 week stay at this resort and in comparison to other resorts we have stayed at it was good. There are always some things that are done better at different hotels and these are usually down to personal choice. We did however have the pleasure of meeting some amazing staff members who were both amazingly friendly and professional at their jobs. Mercure restaurant was great, we went 4 times and the food was always perfectly cooked. Dalia, chef Dawson and the rest of the team looked after us so well. Mauricio at bar Moments was fantastic. This really nice & personal young man deserves a bar of his own (preferably adult only) his cocktails were the best and also made up with flair, this was entertainment in itself. We also met a really lovely young lady concierge who was always polite and helpful. Unfortunately can't remember her name. All in all this was a good holiday and would recommend and return to this resort. Hugh & Linda.

Teppanyaki table is awesome!
I did a Teppanyaki table at the restaurant Spice with my family and had a great time! Luis was our chef and was very fun and the food was delicious! Our waiter Antonio was also awesome! They played jokes off each other and engaged with the entire table!
