We love Miguel! Woo woo. Great knife skills and a very fun dude! The restaurant is a nice place overlooking the water. The steak is amazing. I hope to come back!

The gist of my experience was Cinthya the hostess at carnival.
This place is absolutely Amazing. The food at the buffet is yummy lots of variety, also great drinks at the lobby bar . Great view towards the water i stayed at the VIP tower and it has an adult poor and bar great for couples or friends wanting to enjoy away from The noise of children. The gist of my experience was Cinthya the hostess at carnival, I had partied way too hard and when I met her at the buffet she offered my friends and I a lemonade to help with the hungover. The second time I was there I was wearing a dress and the temperature was chilly and she offered to let me Borrow her black sweater as the AC also didn’t help! SUCH A KIND GESTURE. Just above and beyond. She’s so lovely, amicable and professional. She made me Feel welcome and at home away from home. Super recommend this place but mostly the staff that are great at what they do, more specifically Cinthya! :D

It was a really great trip. The waiter at spice. Alberto was wonderful! The pool entertainment was a lot of fun, and the excursion we did was awesome! The room was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed.

Would recommend again and again!
Super super happy with this place. Only our 4th all inclusive in Mexico but by far our best. Is there fancier places? Absolutely, for more money. This is the best bang for your buck in our opinion, and DEFINITELY a cut above the mid level resorts such as Barcelo, the Principe’s, the Oasis’s, and the Gr Solaris. The maintenance on the property is ongoing and lovely. It’s older yes but feels extremely well maintained and clean. The pools feel clean and well taken care of. Second, the service is outstanding. Every request or service is given with a ‘it’s my pleasure’. The staff is so polite and kind. 10/10 for sure. From bringing drinks by the pool, room service, food service, etc, it was all top notch. We also made sure to tip constantly. And the food!!!! Definitely a cut above anywhere else we’ve been. Usually we’re tired of the buffet by day 4 or 5, but this place has tacos every night and we could just eat those endlessly, but they also had fresh meat and veggies to grill or stirfry, omelettes, etc. first resort we’ve been to where they cracked the eggs fresh and didn’t just pour from a pitcher. And fresh raw meat for grilling. The a le cartes were good, but the buffet was so good that e barely needed them. All in all, you get what you pay for. It’s a bit more expensive than other mid range places but also definitely better. Cheaper than other high end places and probably not as great. But we loved it!

We had an Oceanfront room. Perfect location but a lot of noise. And so much seaweed the tractor was going through at 7 am for most of the day trying to clean it up. Not a lot of beach area to walk on especially with the seaweed. The food in the buffet area is the same everyday and not good. Not a lot of options. Breakfast was good but same options. Entertainment was ok. We thought we'd try something new from the other chains we've tried but we will go back to our other resorts.
