We were very placed and happy with everything, definitely if you come get preferred club, Maria Jose was the kindest person and friendly in the club and Julian at the pool was really good, Miguel at Spice was great as well, Edwin at the buffet. The food and the staff were definitely the best part of our stay.

Séjour parfait de 5 jours !
Great experience, excellent food. We had the Governor Suite — an incredible view! Our butler Carlos was always attentive and very helpful. Thanks to him, our vacation was perfect!

Excellent Week!
Absolutely fantastic week from start to finish! We were greeted with a cool towel and glass of champagne at check in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the process was smooth. We had a beautiful room on the fourth floor with a nice side view of the ocean. Everything was clean and well appointed. Our mini fridge was well stocked with beer, water and soft drinks and a bottle of champagne was left for us on day two! All restaurants were excellent. We loved the food and even the buffet and room service had great selection. The cocktails were the best I've had at any resort. The lobby bar had a specialty cocktail menu from 5-8pm that was really cool. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The activities were really fun and very diverse! I enjoyed mojito making, tequila tasting, guacamole making and bingo. Every night outside the Coco Cafe was a different craft! I came home with some really cool souvenirs handmade by me! The pool was the highlight for us. There was enough space you could have some quiet time or join in the activities. Hello and thank you to Xavier and Roberto who provided great service at the pool bar all week! There were servers walking around the pool and beach constantly taking drink orders. I have never seen this level of service. The beach had minimal seaweed and was definitely swimmable. It was a bit too murky for snorkeling though, unfortunately. I could talk about this resort all day! We had a great week and miss it so much already!

I really enjoyed it
I have been to many locations in Mexico and I love the experience every time. This country is so beautiful and I love trying to learn the language. Dreams Jade was unique. There was an easy walk into Puero Morelos and the on-site dining was universally pleasant. The preferred membership is a no-brainer upgrade, but also not particularly necessary - the beach is quiet at all times and cleanly maintained. I would like to give s special shout out to two employees. Giovanni at The Mix was charming and taught us much about the local culture. Despite rain on a Tuesday, this dude captured audiences and a full lounge. He is a strong asset to the crew and a major reason we would choose to rebook a stay at this hotel. Antonio at Mecure we regretfully only had once and provided a wonderful birthday dinner for my son. The room service menus is so cool. I like simple foods. Nothing beats 3AM nachos from this place. Nightly entertainment was nice. It was somewhat limited by the space available, but I have no major faults. Thank you for a very good 10 day stay!
