The hotel was in a quiet are and no possibility to get out and about much, but the village was only a short taxi drive away. We were upgraded to preferred so had all the extra facilities. Not so sure we would have enjoyed as much without being upgraded. The place was very clean and the staff were amazing, especially Victoria in the preferred bar, Aleksandra, Melvin and Jesus by the pool. Having said that, all the staff were very attentive at all times. Everything was done on the app, but the details were not always correct eg wrong bar times. The restaurants were very good, though the buffet restaurant was a little samey.

Perfect resort for families or anyone looking to relax lay back and soak up the sun with cocktails and good food!
Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was an amazing great option for our family. The building is beautiful with all the facilities very clean and spacious. The room is comfortable, well equipped with enough space to accommodate a family of 4 or so in a room with double sinks, separate toilet and bidet, as well as a nice tub and shower area with tons of lighting from windows. Our room was not beach view but we were glad because building 4 & 5 are central in the middle of all the restaurants, shopping, buffet, and basically even walking distance to any where in the resort. For the value the resort is worth every penny, the location is perfect just 8-10min drive from Puerto Morelos where you can find great local vendors, nice small town, public beach, and a fantastic Chedraui supermarket with tons of options and selection inside. The noise level is great the rooms are quiet only had one day where they began to work on outside construction a bit early and the drilling and banging was a bit annoying but not something crucial only happened one morning. Room service was great, our housekeeper EVA was wonderful always stocking up our mini fridge usually consist of a few beers, sodas, and water. Also keeping our room spotless and our beds nice and clean daily. The buffet is pretty good, they have tons of food selection and options and loved the kids section with cereal, yogurts, fruits, sandwiches, and more for breakfast and for lunch/dinner usually had pasta, pizza, chicken nuggets, fries, and more. We loved our server EDWIN, he was amazing he had such great attitude and energy very attentive and made us feel like family. EDWIN took care of all our orders and drinks and spoiled our little girl with shakes and chocolate milk and other goodies. I would say the whole staff was pretty amazing, great service for sure and when not wanting to do any reservations great place to eat. The SPA was phenomenal and highly recommended. The hydrotherapy was amazing involving sauna, steam room, cold water plunge, waterfall effect for shoulder and neck massage, jacuzzi style jets and bubbles, and a walk on pebble rocks for under the feet stimulation. The massage afterwards was amazing ESTRELLA had magical hands, she really was professional, made me feel relaxed and listened to my concerns and massaged knots out of my neck and shoulders, truly amazing. Thank you ESTRELLA for one of the best if not the best massage of my life. The massage was worth every penny specially for the amount of time it took 80min-120min, I did not feel rushed and the staff was fantastic and the facility nice and clean. The Explorer's Club is a plus and the young lady in charge of it was simply amazing. Ms. JESSICA was so kind, patient, sweet, and you can truly see she cares and loves children. They had tons of activities to do, had 1hr at the pool, and they even take the kids to lunch for you at the buffet escorted by them and under their supervision at all times. This is a plus, because my wife and I were at ease enjoying ourselves knowing that our little girl was having the time of her life doing so much fun things. Our daughter enjoyed the club so much that our first night back home she literally cried herself to sleep saying "I miss Ms.JESSICA and the kiddie club, I wanna go back". That's enough right there to know you have an amazing staff and person running the club that has that much impact on someone. Thank you Ms. JESSICA, Victoria loves you and misses you. Overall the resort is perfect for a family getaway to relax and have a blast. We personally went for a wedding and they did an amazing job we all had a great time, felt safe, and enjoyed it all.

Rooms a bit dated. A good size and functional. Food and staff excellent. Pool bar staff excellent always asking if you need drinks. All staff excellent.. Preferred club breakfast staff excellent, very friendly, excellent service, amazing food. Quiet and relaxing. Very clean and beautifully presented. Due to humidity maybe needs to spray, for bites. Antonia, Juan, excellent at preferred breakfast.

Epic adults only pool
Dreams Jade was fantastic! The food and service was great! At the preferred pool, Melvin and Alejandra took great care of us and I got to practice speaking Spanish. Jose, Victor, Heidi and Antonio took great care of us at different restaurants. Overall a great experience, staff was wonderful and looking forward to coming back again!
