This is my second time staying at this resort, and I realized I made a great choice to go back! From the moment you step foot in the lobby, you are welcomed, appreciated and well taken care of. Every portion of this resort is clean, well maintained, and smells AMAZING! The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very quiet from outside noise. The private balcony was perfect to just chill on and listen to the ocean waves. The food and beverage selections were really good at every restaurant, cafe and bar we tried, and the staff was INCREDIBLE!! Due to the remodeling / addition of rooms, we were the very first occupants to our newly opened area. When we arrived, the fridge wasn't working, we couldn't get the TV to turn on and all the outlets and lights on one wall wouldn't work. We contacted guest services, and within a couple minutes, there was a service technician at our door to assess the problems. It wasn't long after that, he brought a new remote for the TV - fixed! Minutes after that, we had a new fridge, and he discovered a breaker had been tripped in our room, so the outlet issue was an easy fix. In less than an hour, we were up and running as expected, and we even received a follow up phone call from guest services to make sure everything was taken care of and we were happy with everything. :)

The Dreams Jade is a fabulous resort. We will go back.
This is our favourite resort by far. Everything is well done. The food is very good. The beach is beautiful. The staff is wonderful, and make the experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you to Saul, Micheal, Antonio and the rest of the entertainment team, for their fun energy and friendliness. Juan at Tamarindo, The hostess at the french restaraunt, Miguel at Spice, All of the staff at the buffet are such hard workers and so friendly. They do an amazing job. We will come back and bring more friends. The one thing I do not like is how the sales team pushes and chases people down to attend their presentation. We felt too much pressure and have attended the presentation twice in the past. We know we will not buy the timeshare, so would suggest that when people say no 5 times it is respected. Do not follow them to the store, or stand outside the buffet to try to coerce them to attend.

Beyond great!
Incredible experience. The hotel is a dream - from the pools, cleanness, staff. It had everything we could hope for: the beach was great, sports zone was good, entertainment was fun and above all, treatment by absolutely everyone in the staff was an absolute luxury. Special mention to Majo, our butler, which was on top of everything and made us feel special at all times. The SPA was also amazing, be sure to visit if you go - it was a truly truly relaxing experience. Worth every penny!

My family had previously stayed at the Dreams Natura Resort and was anticipating a similar experience at Jade. Well several events and interactions were not 5 star services. Day 1 my wife tripped over a cable that was poorly lit and not marked. We were sent to the hospital in Cancun and had to pay 5600.00 to have her treated and stitched up. Hyatt management refused to provide us the accident report they required me to sign that was in Spanish . They never tried to compensate us for the loss. When I asked how to file a claim on their insurance they refused only to say they can’t share internal documents. Then when it was time for my wife’s stitches to be removed they tried to shake me down for $ 500.00. I said I wanted to see a manager, the nurse then said no charge, please don’t call the manager , I will lose my job. I am in the process of seeing what legal options I have. As for my family Hyatt is not choice we will make again.
