Not the best hotel for a family holiday. Very quiet, no entertainment and rooms very small for a family of 3. Not the cleanest rooms and staff could work more on customer service. Overall it was ok but not returning.

Jan 26, 2026Gorgeous hotel with a lovely chilled vibe!
We had a really lovely 5 night stay at this gorgeous hotel! There were a couple of issues with the first room that we had, but the Reception staff were very helpful in re-locating us to another room and from then on our stay was very comfortable, with really exceptional housekeeping. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a really lovely chilled vibe throughout. Lovely clean, relaxing pool area (no blaring pop music!). Very nice gym and rooftop bar. Tasteful entertainment during the day and in the evening. The hotel breakfast and World Buffet were both exceptional, probably the best food we've ever had at a hotel. We really liked the layout and choice of seating areas there too. The staff were really outstanding throughout the hotel. Particular mention of Li in the World Buffet who was lovely and very helpful and the 'Essex- Canarian' waiter Juan Jose who was very entertaining! :) Thank you for a lovely stay x

A beautiful hotel - you won't be disappointed!
After the holiday from hell in the S#!t hole that is Gran Oasis Resort, Tenerife (NEVER go there!), I vowed never to return, but this hotel changed my mind. EVERYTHING was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and immaculately kept. The pool is fabulous for swimming with plenty of space (and no inflatables). All the restaurants are lovely with so many staff that you never have to wait for anything. There is also an abundance of space around the hotel! The gym has the best views and although it is relatively small it has everything you need. Our room was cleaned twice a day and very spacious. The ONLY 2 things I would suggest is to have a hand sanitiser at the gym entrance/exit and for the pool staff to uphold the rule of not reserving loungers - the cabanas in the Privilege area were all taken by 9am with some people not turning up until gone midday/late afternoon. Otherwise I would return in a heartbeat.

Great Customer Service
This was our second visit to this excellent hotel. Its location is perfect enjoying a rare bit of calm along the heavily commercialised strip linking Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas. Our north facing standard balcony room (680) enjoyed views of the marina and a glimpse of Mount Teide but no sun. The room was good but the bathroom is getting tired. The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic selection of fresh food and is probably the best we have experienced in a 4 Star hotel anywhere. Customer service was consistently good in all areas of the hotel. We opted for B&B but still ate in the hotel a couple of times. The steak restaurant Babbo is excellent and the food in the Italian La Trattoria was really good but it has absolutely no atmosphere - needs more people. Lunch in the Barefoot grill was mixed - maybe time for a menu refresh. We thought food and drinks prices in the hotel were reasonable. Early evening drinks in the Sunset Bar being one of the highlights of our stay. PS: My wife really enjoyed her complementary birthday fizz in the room - thank you!

NOT good, booked with EasyJet package holiday and very disappointed from the scary taxi ride to the hotel, the awful buffet food, supposed Tapas restaurant that serves microwaved mini frankfurter hot dogs and burgers!!! Poolside drinks bars that close when they feel like it, terrible Wi-Fi, the “ best room” as advertised that you have to look through a wire fencing to the public pathway everyone walks past; certainly would not recommend or go back again
