Nov 10, 2025A magical paradise of a hotel with great staff
Amazing place, they do everything right, cant fault the place at all which is why I've stayed 4 times and will continue to visit. Special thanks to Samuel and Lorenzo in the Lava Bar, love watching them make cocktails and always have time for guests despite being very busy, lovely staff, great memories. Fabulous pool area with gardens and lots of palm trees, warm water, atmosphere, sunny, great food and bars, just such a lovely setting at the beachfront, not built like a tower block, instead a very interesting building with an indoor outdoor feel, great ambience in the restaurants, daily and nightly sophisticated musical entertainment., spacious rooms. Everything just lovely, and I'm really fussy!

Excellent Anniversary stay
Our extended family of 7 visited Dreams jardin hotel in Oct to celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary .We had a 10/10 experience ,Loved the hotel,Rooms were all fab, our requests were met re sea view etc.Reception and check in was a lovely experience on our arrival....service was excellent....we loved sunset bar ....that was our favourite...Breakfast was really good and ate in All Hotel restaraunts all were v good, Excellent location....touches like music at pool were lovely.....only one blip was beds at pool were tight but we had an excellent stay and wud love to come back ! 10/10 fab !

This was our second visit. The things we liked from before was the swimming pool area and restaurants this was the same this time. Towels are freely available. We used the preferred area to sunbathe. We are early rises so managed to get the bed we wanted. However others were reserved and were not used which is disappointing. We were all inclusive and felt like a second class citizens by bar servers. We liked the sunset bar really pleasant views and cocktails. The preferred area for drinks is self service and they have various snacks. We used the barefoot grill for lunch sometimes you had to wait as only one person was able to take the order. It was half term so I expected it to be busy so you would expect the hotel to have the staff available. Evenings entertained was various signings most people played cards. The waiters in that bar you have to catch their attention to get a drink. They were often laughing and joking between themselves. The room was functional with clean towels. I didn’t like the plastic under sheet. At our departure the reception manager was rude when we asked about our transfer which took the shine off the holiday. I doubt we would return due to this which is shame as the hotel many good aspects.

Fantastic hotel in good location
A fantastic hotel with comfortable rooms and the best pool which is also heated! The location is great with easy access to the promenade going to Las Americas one way and the Marina and Adeje the other. We will return to this hotel for sure.
