    No a good resort too far from everything and the food was no good service from 1 to 10 I give a 4 need a lot work to do

    I just left the hotel this morning the Portofino Italian restaurant food was good service was horrible I had never had such a horrible service in a fine restaurant. The buffet restaurant the food was no impressive horrible presentation the Chafin dishes were they key the food hot we’re old and looking awful they were hard to reach and difficult to open the lids no kept food fresh and the renew what was empty. The breakfast selection was not good. For a place like that way better resorts overpriced. At the Spa prices are outrageous. You could go to town and get a spa treatment for way cheaper. The need to work on maintaining the resort in a better shape at the bar lots of fly they don’t have fan at the bar or at the outside seating area at the restaurant or misting water to keep you hidrate while eating outside. The show are need better setting comfortable sofa and fans. The show was great entertainment. The beach walking Acess needs attention. Room service was a better option.

    Uhhhh not as expected

    The drinks and staff 10/10 amazing, but the food was really bad especially breakfast options were very limited. We left the resort 3 out of the 4 nights for dinner. The pool staff were amazing as well which we spent most of our time. But again the pool food was not so great. We loved the staff experience but would not recommend all due to the culinary experience.

    Not the best

    No the approximate location was to far from the city, the food was not the best and someone took my wife’s sweater! Investigation was done and of course nothing could be done.

    Relaxed

    All activities were great Jonathan is a great entertainer also Breyner is a great waiter he just kept the piña coladas coming.
