    Overall good, kids club excellent

    The kids club is great. Our kids were taken care of by Kelly and Ari there. The kids were happy, it was well organized, and it gave us a much needed break. Aside from that the hotel was as expected. Pool area was nice. The beach area was a bit small.

    Visit Columbia!

    Great service all around. Rosemery was so helpful every time we went to dine. She is awesome. The resort is a little smaller than what I'm used to but still great. If you have the opportunity to stay at Dreams definitely try it out. If we come back again we will stay here again!

    Everything was fabulous!

    Excellent stay! The customer service was on point! (Elkin in customer service was excellent! Santiago as the wait staff was excellent! Jesus at the pool as waitstaff was excellent! Mike in pool entertaining and show was excellent as well as the bike tour! The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. Food service was good. The food flavor was somewhat mediocre. The pools were amazing!! The beach with the pool was relaxing! The spa was excellent as well. Clean and zen. Loved our stay!!

    A very good experience

    Great entertainment, a very good experience for families, we travel with a pet, it's not too busy, the service was very good, the staff was very kind and always attentive, happy with the experience also with the kids playroom and the schedule, Jenny was very helpful and guided us in our experience. Great pools and clean rooms. Also the air conditioning was very customizable

    Very complete experience for my family trip

    Very good and nice experience Good service ang good Shows. Only to much noise when the show was set on the corridor of the auditorium. Great music and services as well. The beach was different from the photos, but the overall experience was great. The actives were fun! We did a bike tour with Jenny it was a good experience, we also It would be better to have a better price for the spa, kind of expensive for what I was expected
